Surrounded by woods and vineyards, the house offers an authentic and relaxing experience: imagine waking up to the sound of birdsong and having breakfast surrounded by greenery, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset on the terraced garden. It is the perfect place for families or groups of friends who love the countryside, hiking, and good food.

The original architecture, featuring thick stone walls, warm terracotta floors, and wooden-beamed ceilings, creates an atmosphere rich in charm and history. The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, offering 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room.

The house is accessed via a picturesque private entrance, featuring a dedicated outdoor area with a parasol, a small seating area, and space for al fresco dining.

You enter the house by climbing a few steps into the spacious and bright dining room, dominated by a magnificent antique fireplace (for decorative purposes only), ideal for autumn evenings or for relaxing while reading a book or playing the piano in the room.

The house features a kitchen equipped with two induction burners, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The floor is completed by two spacious bedrooms with panoramic views, a second full bathroom with a shower, and a large living room with sofas and a small, charming outdoor terrace.
