Welcome to our historic stone farmhouse, nestled in the peaceful hills of Chianti Classico. Located just a few minutes from Castellina in Chianti, this spacious, family-run property is the ideal retreat for those who wish to relax and rediscover the slow pace of Tuscan nature.

Surrounded by woods and vineyards, the house offers an authentic and relaxing experience: imagine waking up to the sound of birdsong and enjoying breakfast surrounded by greenery, or savoring a glass of wine

The Space

The original architecture, featuring thick stone walls, warm terracotta floors, and ceilings with exposed wooden beams, creates an atmosphere rich in charm and history. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, offering 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen-dining area, and two spacious living rooms.

The entrance is preceded by a charming loggia, from which you can access the kitchen with dining area on the left and the living room with access to the outdoors.

The other entrance from the loggia, however, leads to the sleeping area, featuring a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious study/living room filled with books and other objects from around the world. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower. The second master bedroom, on the other hand, is located a few steps down and offers complete privacy, complete with private outdoor access, an en-suite bathroom, and a laundry area.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The house does not have air conditioning, but due to its structure with very thick walls, it tends to stay cool even in the summer.

Guest Access and Outdoor Areas

Those who choose our home do so to fully immerse themselves in the countryside—a safe, green oasis where you can relax in the shade, let the children play, or enjoy a morning yoga session.

There are several areas set up as sitting rooms, as well as spaces for dining or working remotely

Although we do not have a swimming pool, our location offers a different kind of luxury: direct access to unspoiled nature. Stepping out the gate, you can walk straight onto forest trails or explore the area’s famous “white roads” (we are very close to the Eroica routes), a true paradise for hiking and cycling enthusiasts.

Our strategic location guarantees total privacy without sacrificing comfort. The center of Castellina in Chianti is just an 8-minute drive away: here you’ll find excellent restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, and, of course, renowned wine shops. Art cities like Siena and Florence are easily accessible for wonderful day trips.
