La propriété PalmVilla récemment rénovée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade confortable en Floride du Sud ou un voyage d'affaires. Avec des sols en carreaux de céramique partout, un vaste plan d'étage ouvert, de nouveaux meubles tropicaux de haute qualité avec deux canapés inclinables en cuir, des tables en pierre, une cuisine haut de gamme bien équipée, des comptoirs en granit, un réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, un lit queen-size Posturepedic confortable pour une bonne nuit Sommeil réparateur. Sur une échelle de 1 à 10 pour la propreté, c'est un 11.

Vous adorerez le magnifique paysage tropical de PalmVilla situé sur un terrain d'angle avec 2 allées circulaires pratiques sur les rues opposées vous offrant une intimité totale et un parking.
Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la belle plage de Pompano, l'épicerie Publix, les restaurants et les magasins. Wonderful stay in Pompano Beach area

I felt right at home as I had all the conveniences I needed, very helpful and attentive owners to property, location was excellent as very quiet and appreciated the easy check-in and out. I would stay again.

Merveilleuse Villa

Merveilleuse propriété. Les propriétaires sont tellement accueillants et d’une super gentillesse. Tout était exactement comme mentionné dans l’annonce. Je reconnecte propriété sans hésitation. Exceptionally Nice Place

My wife and I stayed at the property for 3 weeks in January. The property is very well located. A mile from Pompano Beach with ample beach parking. Shopping and restaurants were convenient. Check in was seamless. The property was spotless. The photographs and descriptions are spot on. Comfortable and ample seating inside and out. Nice tv's in both the family room and bedroom. High water pressure in the shower. Glenn and Tammy were excellent, responsive hosts. We would book again.

Christmas vacation

This home was adorable. It was perfect for two! It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was very attentive and communicated with us during our stay. We will definitely come back!

Great place!

This was exactly what I needed. Very nice villa, very clean, responsive host, Publix close by. A few minor complaints: 1) ants in the kitchen. I've experienced this at other properties in the area too so it's a fairly common issue near the beach. 2) the blinds don't completely cover the windows. This causes a lot of sunlight to be in your face while in bed. This also makes it so at night time, passers-by can easily see inside. I placed some construction paper over the gaps and that solved the problem. 3) my AT&T wireless signal was pretty weak. The wifi however was fast enough for me to stream content. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding!

Staying in this house is like borrowing a friend's beach house & they went out of their way to make it special. Right down to the fluffy bath towels. It's very well maintained & meticulously clean. Delightful! We'd book it again.

wonderful stay

we stayed a week at the Villa in february 22 and it was perfect! It was very clean and it smelled wonderful when we entered. The villa is spacious enough for two and everything looked new. The kichen is fully equiped and there was even all the cleaning products needed wich we really appreciated since we we're only there for a week, so we didn't have to buy everything. We would have prefered a king size bed but it was very confortable anyway. Our hosts we're quick to answer all our questions. We would definetely recommand this villa and we'll be sure to rent again on our next trip to Pompano.

PB winter escape

Owner asked us to arrive 1 day later and leave 1 day earlier to accommodate cleaning crew. We made it work. Great community park nearby. Close to grocery and beach .

Clean, quiet and gr8 location.

Everything was exactly as advertised. I especially liked being less than one-half mile away from Pompano Park which has numerous sports facilities including 12 pickleball courts. The people at Pompano pickleball courts were friendly and fun to play with. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful property

I spent 11 days at this little villa, and it will be my go to place when I visit my sister in Ft. Lauderdale. It's a lovely little place that's close to the beach, grocery, restaurants, and yet in a neighborhood. It was perfect for me to work during the week and spend time in the area at night and on the weekends. There were special touches that made my stay so great... beach chairs, beach towels, garbage bags, soap, laundry detergent, etc.... these little things were big to me because I didn't have to buy all of those things after I flew in. I am so grateful to have found this place!

Great vacation stay

The property is exactly as presented! Home was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with a ton of cooking equipment, linens, beach towels, chairs etc... It was conveniently located to many restaurants, stores, and a short drive to the beach. We highly recommend this property and hope to come back soon.

Great rental, great owners

We stayed for a month, wish we could have stayed longer. Glen and Tammy thought of everything you might need for your stay. The house was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, tin foil, cleaning stuff, etc., things you hate to buy if you are only there for a short while. Everything looks new, the furniture is very comfortable, including the queen bed, two big TVs, modern fridge, gas grill, and it is extremely clean. The bathroom is small, but the water pressure in the shower is awesome. It’s also nice that they supply beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella. The one thing they don’t mention is that this is a two family house, the owners live on the property. However, this is not an issue at all, we never once heard them, and the one time we had a problem with the ice dispenser, Glen was there in five minutes to fix it. Besides that, we never saw or heard them our entire time there. You can walk to the beach, it is a long walk but a pleasant walk, and a bit shorter walk to the grocery store, which was very convenient. It’s located in a nice neighborhood, everyone we met on our walks were very friendly. I will say there is a lot of street noise with cars and airplanes, the airport is close by, but if you have the windows shut it is not noticeable. It’s Florida, you will probably have the air conditioner on anyway. This is a great rental with wonderful owners, you won’t want to leave either.

Perfect place for a couple!

This villa has everything, and then some! It’s just like a home away from home. Realy clean and comfortable villa just as described. The recliner sofas is super nice to relax in after a long day out. The owners provided all the beach equipment you ever need to go to the beach. They were very quick to answer all our questions all the way. Thank you for a great stay, we would love to come back when we visit South Florida again. We highly recomend this villa!

We loved our stay at Palm Villa !

My wife and I stayed for 9 nights at the Palm Villa (4-13-18 to 4-22-18)and we have nothing but good things to say about our stay. After we booked our stay we had some questions for the owners and they quickly responded with answers to our questions. Once we arrived we found everything in the villa to b very clean and updated. The place was furnished very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and most things were brand new and looked like they were never used. The owners had just installed a brand new washer and dryer which was very convenient. Th outside patio had a grill and a box which had all the items you would need for the beach. The grounds were very nice with all the palm trees. The location was great for going to the beach, only about a 5 minute drive. Also the villa was close to many stores so shopping very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in this area. We would definitely come back and stay her again.

This was a wonderful alternative to a two week business trip spent in a hotel room. It is spacious, immaculate and has everything you need to feel at home and to work remotely in comfort.

We've lived in East Pompano for 35 years and love the South Florida lifestyle and weather. Glenn is originally from Memphis, TN and moved to Pompano Beach 35 years ago. Tammy is from Muncie IN. and moved to Lighthouse Point, FL when she was 7 years old. We look forward to you staying at our beautiful PalmVilla.

Harbor Drive is conveniently located between the Atlantic and 14th Street intra-coastal bridges. For easy access to Pompano Beach, which has the best beaches for public access with lots of easy parking. Plus, Pompano Beach is one of South Florida's widest beaches. The Hillsboro Inlet is also only 2 miles away where the Pompano Sport fishing fleet is ready to take you fishing, diving or for a cruse up the intra coastal waterway 7 days a week. Houston''s Restaurant is just down the street where you can sit at the intra-coastal bar and have a drink or dinner as you watch the boats go by.
