Located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five guests. As soon as you step through the elegant entrance, you’ll be welcomed by bright, well-organized spaces. The beautiful parquet flooring in the bedrooms adds warmth and creates a refined yet homely atmosphere.



The living area is modern and stylish, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a smart TV, and air conditioning. From Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, you can easily reach Termini Station by train (from Fiumicino) or by bus (from Ciampino), and from there the apartment is just a 5-minute walk away.



On request, we also offer a convenient private transfer service from the airports, with a driver who will meet you directly at the arrivals gate and take you straight to the apartment.



For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
