It was perfect for a quick get away right on the beach. I always love the option to cook while on vacation and the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, silverware, etc.

Clean, well-appointed space. Beach/ocean view, but not unobstructed. Steps to the beach. Easy walk to several restaurants and stores. Convenience store right across the street. Was very pleased with our experience and would stay there again.

Place needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Appliances are old and rusty, cooking utensils also. They need to update the pots and pans and provide some non- stick ones. Sandy furniture, coach pillows are stained, dirty towels. Washer stinks like sewer. The shower curtain was disgusting, dirty in the main bathroom, shower head needs replacing, its dirty and the pressure was horrible. The second shower needs to bee updated. The mattresses where not comfortable at all. We will not be coming back to this property.

Conveniently location for baseball tournament. Nice beach area, and pool for littles. Great covered parking. Unit is very clean, and comfortable.

Everything went great. I needed assistance once with the key fob, and the property manager showed up in person in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed. The property was great and so close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The decorations were awesome. Very comfortable! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I have to say we found black hair about three inches everywhere and in piles in the master bedroom and stuck to the bottom of the stools. And a big booger on the back of one of the decorative pillows on the master bedroom. I’m a clean freak so is my daughters and husband we swept every night. But we still had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Great Location.

Condo located in nice location convenient to Stores and Restaurants. Condo decorated nicely. Unfortunately, Air Conditioner thermostat is controlled by Coastal Green Air. Thermostat is set at 75 degrees and unable to be lowered inside unit. Each day outside temperatures were above 75 degrees. Inside unit was above 80. We found box fan inside master closet. Unfortunately, we needed cool air, not warm moving air. As summer month temperatures arrive in 80's this condo will be very uncomfortable.

We spent a week in B19.....Pros:- The staff was a 10/10. They were quick to respond and answer any questions immediately. Top notch customer service. Check-in/out was very easy too. - The location was excellent. Just a few steps from the beach.Everything was close by and you are right across the street from a small store that carries a lot of daily essentials. - You have your own parking spot and it was safe to leave our chairs and toys outside without being touched. - The house was well stocked with every day kitchen items (plates, silverware, pots/pans, towels, etc). Bring your own dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper if staying longer than a few days. Cons:- The mattress and pillows were very firm, especially the king in the master. This was a problem for us, but would be okay if you like a firm bed. We ended buying our own pillows but sadly could not purchase a mattress topper. - The bathroom in the second room was tiny. I don't feel like the photos really show that. Your knees are practically in the shower while sitting on the toilet. Also, the toilet didn't flush that great. - The outdoor pool was pretty small. It was cleaned daily, but was very overcrowded. - The parking lot floods. While this may not be an issue for those who have nice weather, we had a lot of rain and had to walk through standing water to get to the beach each time. Overall, the stay was good. The location was nice and the service was excellent.
