Villa Il Ginepro is a large Mediterranean-style villa, just a few steps from the small beach and the sea of Marina di Ostuni, inside a residence in Rosa Marina.
The dwelling is surrounded by a large garden equipped with garage, barbecue and outdoor shower.
It is also complete with the most requested accessories, such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, coffee maker, electric oven, crib on request, etc.
Villa Il Ginepro accommodates groups of up to 12 people. Pets are allowed.

Villa Il Ginepro is a spacious vacation villa, surrounded by a large equipped garden, with a panoramic terrace and a garage, inside a private residence just 150 meters from the Pilone beach, in Rosa Marina.
The villa is spread over two floors, with several access doors and windows that make it a particularly bright dwelling.
A spacious veranda frames the ground floor, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. At the entrance is the first living room, furnished with 1 double sofa bed. So, there is a large kitchen, bathroom and the second living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed.
On the upper floor there is the actual sleeping area of Villa Il Ginepro. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and 1 full bathroom.
An additional 2 beds can be added, upon request, with single beds in two of the three bedrooms. From one of the bedrooms you can exit onto the large furnished terrace.
Villa Ginepro is the ideal choice for family groups and groups who want a comfortable vacation, a stone's throw from the sea and at the same time close to the nightlife and liveliness of the clubs along the Ostuni and Rosa Marina coast.

Villa Il Ginepro stands inside a private residence, along the coast of Ostuni, in Rosa Marina. The small Pilone beach is only 150 meters away, and is within walking distance.
The beautiful town of Ostuni, perched on a small hill with its whitewashed historic center, is nicknamed the "White City" and offers evocative views, unforgettable panoramas and a wide choice of establishments where you can taste all the best of the area`s food and wine tradition.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning only in upstairs bedrooms.
