In East Dulwich and just near Dulwich Park and Village with many buses to Central London, Camberwell, Peckham and East Croydon (for Gatwick trains).
There are a few supermarkets and plenty of places to eat around the corner.

A simple, comfortable studio ideal for up to 2 guests, located in the heart of East Dulwich.

The space features a double bed, a small workstation suitable for laptop use, and a compact kitchenette. There is also a private bathroom and your own separate entrance, allowing for a fully independent stay.

The studio is cosy, warm, and practical - a good base whether you’re visiting for work or a short city break.

You’ll be just a short walk from Dulwich Park and the charming Dulwich Village area, with a variety of cafés, restaurants, and local shops nearby. Several supermarkets are also within easy reach.

Transport links are convenient, with regular buses connecting you to Central London, Camberwell, Peckham, and East Croydon for direct trains to Gatwick Airport.

The owner lives nearby and is available if needed, while still giving guests full privacy during their stay.

Please note: the only sink in the property is located in the shower room. It is safe to use the water for drinking. The property doesn't have an oven nor toaster.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
