SELF CONTAINED ACCOMODATION
There is no daily housekeeping. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. If you need extra towels, we can supply them for an additional fee. A small courtesy amenities kit is included at check in, but as this is a self serviced apartment, you’ll need to restock anything you require during your stay.
ADDITIONAL EXTRAS
A high-chair and travel cot (linen for bedding not included) are available upon request in the property for an extra fee. The cost for the duration of the stay is €25 for the pack and play crib and €15 for the high chair.

PARKING
There is limited free street parking, we recommend parking in one of the 24 hour parks on Paseo Maritimo and walking the 10 min walk to the apartment otherwise the property has fantastic links to public transport such as trains and buses which are only a couple of mins walk away.
You will have private access to the entire apartment, the entrance, and internal stairs and lift of the building is shared with residents of the building.
Staying with Pass the Keys® The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company. Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.). If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
Holiday Rental Contract
This vacation rental agreement is a reflection of the booking taken on the booking platform and will indicate the property details, the owner's details, the lead passenger's details. In order to provide you with access to the property you MUST sign the vacation rental agreement and send it back to us.
Identity Check In Spanish National law Orden INT/1922/2003 requires all passengers to perform a check in of their identity documents that is submitted to the Ministry of Interior. This process will be done via the platform Check-in Scan and you will be sent instructions on how to complete this step. Again, this is a legal requirement therefore it must be completed before you are given access to the property. Failure to complete your identity check-in can result in access to the property being denied.
Additional Charges A charge may be applied for an unauthorised early check in or late check out. Please note that a charge will be applied for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Please note that you will be charged for a call out for lockout and a spare set of keys delivery, or if keys are not left in the key safe on departure.
Check In & Check Out Check in is from 15 on the day of arrival. In order to coordinate with you for your key collection please inform us of your arrival time at least 5 days prior to your arrival. Check Out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Our cleaners will arrive at 10:00 sharp, please ensure you have vacated the property by this time.
Use of Property You agree that the number of people staying in the property will not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the listing.
The property is only to be used for travel and leisure purposes. Therefore any parties or events are strictly prohibited (both in the property itself and in the communal areas).
You shall not use the property for any commercial purpose, such as social gatherings and parties.
We reserve the right to terminate without notice and without refund for a breach of this condition.
You agree that the property will not be used for any activity or in such a way to cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbours of the property.
Access You or your party must allow the local management team or/and service providers to access the property at all reasonable times and in the case of emergency at all times with or without you or your party being present. This is to enable any urgent work to be carried out.
Personal Belongings / Lost Property
We will not accept any liability in relation to any damage to, or loss of your personal property and belongings except where such damage or loss is caused by our negligence. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance cover. Lost property will be held for a period of 14 days from the departure date and kept with our local team. Items will be returned on request. Charges will be passed over to cover the cost of postage and packaging. We do not accept responsibility for the safe carriage of any items returned.
Lights & Heating & Air Conditioning Please, use it responsibly. We recommend turning off all lights, heating and air conditioning when you leave the property each day and, on your check, out day. When you do have the air conditioning or heating on make sure to close the windows. No Smoking Strictly no smoking inside of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside, do not throw any ash or buts on the floor or over the balcony. Noise Levels Please keep no noise to a minimum between 23:00 – 10.00am. No noise whether produced by music, television sets or domestic equipment or by the occupants of the dwellings may annoy neighbours. Noise levels are considered excessive when the adjacent apartment, either above or below, disturbs their neighbour, exceeding the by municipality law established noise level.

Garbage No rubbish whatsoever may be put in the streets, gardens, entrances to dwellings or in any other place not specifically designed for doing so. Make sure to dispose of all of the garbage in the appropriate bins, do not leave any food you have purchased in the apartment, make sure to take it all with you. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
