Ultime maison de luxe devant le golfe à 1212 Ariola Drive sur la magnifique plage de Pensacola! Cette maison est une résidence privée depuis le jour de sa construction. Profitez de l'air frais et salin de cette magnifique propriété contemporaine au bord du golfe, composée de cinq chambres à coucher, avec 100 pieds de plage.

1212 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Le foyer s'ouvre sur un grand et spacieux salon / salle à manger baigné de lumière naturelle par le mur de fenêtres, de beaux sols en calcaire d'Indiana et un plan d'étage ouvert parfait pour recevoir. Le salon dispose d'une nouvelle télévision intelligente (2019) de 65 pouces. La grande cuisine gastronomique, idéale pour les chefs cuisiniers, comprend des appareils haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, dont un très grand réfrigérateur Subzero, deux éviers, Keurig et deux cafetières, deux lave-vaisselle et un bar avec vue sur la salle à manger.

Une suite principale au premier étage comprend des armoires personnalisées, un balcon privé donnant sur le golfe, un dressing et une salle de bain principale de la taille d'une pièce, semblable à un spa, avec «pièce humide» avec douche à effet de pluie et baignoire de jardin. La suite principale dispose également d'une nouvelle (2019) 55 "Smart TV.

À l'étage, vous trouverez quatre chambres supplémentaires, deux avec balcon privé donnant sur le golfe et un coin salon donnant sur le premier étage et offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Tous les ponts et passerelles de la plage ont ��té remplacés par des ponts en composite Trex. Découvrez l’incarnation du luxe côtier en vacances avec les plages de sable blanc et les eaux vert émeraude de Pensacola dans cette magnifique maison de plage!

Unobstructed killer views! Gorgeous home laid out so well for families. We all had our own wing. I really loved the downstairs 2 half baths for the family when we were trying to go shopping or to dinner. This house has everything! Owners really go the extra mile with the dishes, serving platters, high end everything! We also really loved the beach chairs and toys that were available downstairs. Easy wash off with the hose on the back porch. Just a stellar property and we will soooo be back!!!!

Beautiful beachfront home

This house was fantastic and was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything you could ever want. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and beach towels, although the chairs were in pretty rough condition.

Beautiful Gulf front home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this house for a long weekend with 4 couples. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked even with spices, oils, etc. the best part to me was how clean the house and bathrooms were, we would definitely stay here again in the future!

It was perfectly decorated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only downside was the a/c was not able to adequately cool the house leaving us a bit stuffy at times. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. We hope to visit again soon!

Awesome house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing home. We’ve stayed at many rental homes over the years, but this was by far my favorite. Spacious, safe, immaculate, awesome location. 10 min from grocery and loads of restaurants and take out. (Our favs were Lao Ocean and Founder’s Chowder House). Beach was white sand gorgeous, clean, and not crowded at all - lots of space for the kids to run around. Condos and hotels were far enough away down the beach so you didn’t have to deal with a lot of people or noise. This was the best stocked house at which we have ever stayed, not just kitchen appliances and such, but also beach towels, chairs, body boards, sand toys, 2 bikes, even spices, solo cups, paper plates, shampoo/conditioner, ziplocks, Tupperware, garbage bags, and a ton of wonderful books!! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Don’t hesitate to rent this home. It’s awesome.

It sounds like the kiddos had a great time running on the beach, using all of the beach toys available and soaking up the Florida sun too. The location of this home is another great feature with it being directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offering lots of privacy and views of the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. One of the finest homes in Pensacola Beach

Lots of great things to say, so I'll summarize a few things and point out the only two negative aspects as well. The home is very well maintained and has everything you could possibly want, with the exception of one thing. Everything is of the highest quality, from the doors to the A/C. The architect was obsessed with lighting. There is an insane amount of lighting and switches, and the current owner has installed high quality halogen lamps nearly everywhere. If you have the time to learn and appreciate it, you can achieve high-end restaurant quality illumination in every room. The only problem we had is that a dog has soiled the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms and the slight background odor was unmistakable up there. I highly recommend to the owners to rip and replace the carpet in those rooms ASAP. The only thing we wanted during our visit was a covered patio. The existing small covered patios are not roofs, they are the deck boards of the top floor balconies, and rain comes through. So there is no place to enjoy being outside during the daily afternoon showers common to the area, and any towels or other things left outside get wet. Given that this is a $5 million property, a $100,000 renovation to create a roofed-in deck patio would add tremendous value. Regardless, we have rented a lot of high-end homes in Florida, La Jolla, and Turks and Caicos, and this is probably the most comfortable and well designed home we have ever occupied. We especially appreciated the brand new dune walkover straight to the incredible Pensacola Beach. Highly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked the house to spend Christmas with our 86 year old grandmother who lives in Pensacola. The house is perfectly located and comfortably decorated. Had a lovely holiday and cooked a great Christmas day meal in the well equipped kitchen. A bit surprised at the plastic plates and glasses. Upgrade to stoneware and proper stemware please. Also, could use a new set of non-stick pots and pans.

Fantastic house with great furnishings. When we asked for help with 1-2 items, the manager provided a prompt response. One small problem is the ice maker, which didn't make nearly enough ice at all. We would definitely stay here again.
