Cette maison vient d'être complètement rénové pour 2019! Vous ne voulez pas manquer celui-ci! Nouvelles portes à âme dure, nouveaux revêtements de sol, nouveaux plafonds en lambris, lits superposés sur mesure assez grands et robustes pour adultes, portes de la grange dans la buanderie, nouveaux meubles de salon et, bien sûr, nouvelle literie!

Les chambres sont séparées par l'espace de vie avec deux de chaque côté de la maison. Le côté est a deux maîtres avec salles de bains privées et des lits King size. L'un d'eux est plus grand et contient également une chaise Pottery Barn qui est un lit double. L'autre offre une vue sur l'océan et un accès privé au porche.

Les deux chambres côté ouest partagent une grande salle de bain Jack-n-Jill (portes coulissantes, double vasque, combo baignoire / douche). Une chambre a un lit King et une coiffeuse avec vue sur l'océan et les portes du porche. L'autre a des couchettes personnalisées. Un ensemble est des jumeaux XL et l'autre des jumeaux réguliers. Chaque couchette a de petites étagères de rangement, un éclairage privé et des prises avec des prises USB.

Trois des quatre chambres et le salon disposent d'une télévision à écran plat.

Les plafonds voûtés et le plan ouvert du salon, de la cuisine et de la salle à manger offrent de nombreuses possibilités de s'asseoir et de se restaurer. Un mur de fenêtres offre une vue sur l'océan depuis chaque point de la pièce: vous regardez la télévision sur le canapé, vous versez un verre de vin au bar ou même la vaisselle!

La cuisine rénovée est entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une machine à glaçons autonome et un lave-vaisselle très silencieux. Comme vous pouvez le deviner, il y a beaucoup de verres à vin (même les verres incassables pour la piscine!)

L'avant de la maison a une grande terrasse ombragée avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe. L'arrière a une terrasse ombragée donnant sur la piscine - avec des vues lointaines sur la baie. La cour est clôturée et la douche extérieure a de l'eau chaude et froide!

La maison a une laveuse et une sécheuse à haute efficacité, beaucoup de stationnement pour plusieurs voitures, votre trou de bateau ou de maïs et un accès extrêmement facile et proche à la plage!

Il y a un gril à gaz pour votre pêche du jour et des chaises de plage et des parasols pour vos pieds lorsque vous avez besoin de sable!

Perfect beach family vacation

The open concept living allowed us to keep eyes on 2 little boys and had plenty of seating for dining and lounging in the evenings. I have never seen so many dishes, glasses of all kinds, bowls and silverware at a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and the location across from the beach was perfect. We were a little concerned about construction noise across the street, and there was very little. I would definitely stay ant this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 5 day vacation at Pensacola Beach and 1415 Ariola was delightful. There were 5 adults and 5 children who used this home. It is very convenient to the beach. Having the umbrellas to use as well as the chairs was a great plus. There are also swim inflatables and sand toys available. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I will note that there are no staples provided. Please shop ahead of time (You will have to go back to Gulf Breeze for a good selection of groceries) and include salt/pepper, ketchup, mustard, flour, sugar, etc. There was only enough toilet paper supplied for 4 days and we needed to buy more paper towels, as well as trash bags, laundry detergent, and dw detergent. There is a new home being built across the street which will block the open view from the front porch, but a side view remains. Outside hot/cold shower very nice! Beds and furniture were comfortable. There is a great breeze from the front!

A Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the pictures are exactly what you are getting, no surprises or “those must be old pics”. The house was super clean & well taken care of. Location is beyond perfect. You have beach front view & walk without the price of the beach front homes. The pool is clean and tidy. The backyard is perfect. I will say, they are starting construction on a house across the street so that might add some noise and traffic to future guests while they build that home but the view will still be spectacular & the walk still just as easy. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Excellent location!

The only reason for the four star is because of the king size bed in the master bedroom. It really needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and enjoyable weekend.

Another Great Beach Trip In the Books

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our groups 5th year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The pool is so nice to come back to after the beach, or while waiting out the afternoon showers. Kitchen always has everything we could ask for, and the pool closet has all you will need for the beach. The only thing I could suggest is giving a little TLC to the front porch deck. We love spending time out there but some of the nails are coming up so we made sure the kids were not barefoot while playing around. IT did not hinder our experience at all though. We had another great vacation.

You can see the Gulf from the deck and just a short walk to the beautiful beach!! It’s so close you can run back for anything you forgot, lunch, or bathroom break! The bunk beds were super comfortable. Great big table for family dinners.

This place was awesome!

Perfect location; setup of the house was fantastic! The property managers were great. Couple of things that would have helped us was a more detailed list of what the property had; we brought a lot of stuff we didn't need to. We've stayed at "fully furnished" houses before and there was hardly anything there. This place is truly FULLY furnished! I even brought my Amazon Firestick and didn't need it. :) A heated pool would have been great, too. House was clean overall, but we did see a mouse in the kitchen the night before we left and had to kill a couple of pretty good sized bugs, but hey, it's Florida! Didn't ruin our trip at all. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway

Very nice location and beautiful home. Plenty of room and everything you need to cook or grill by the pool. Very short walk to the beach and perfect size pool to hangout at night and let the kids play. Will definitely rent again next year.

Perfect Location, Needs a bit of TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: The location of this house was absolutely perfect and the best thing about it. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was amazing. There were also a TON of beach toys, chairs, and supplies. The layout of the house was well-planned and there was plenty of space for our family. CONS: The beds were definitely worn out and not very comfortable. The deck needs some TLC - our girls had 2 splinters during our stay. The internet was very undependable and had to be rebooted 2-3 times every day which was problematic as our children were trying to do school work and lost their work on several occasions. Lastly, we found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay. With some maintenance, we would say here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family. The location was great as it was very easy to walk the short distance to the beach. The house was nice and well kept. There were a few things that could have been better. There were no beach towels. We had to buy towels and leave them at the property because we were flying home. I am not sure why a beach house would not be equipped with beach towels. The check-in time of 5 pm is very late. It is much later than hotels. We were lucky enough to be able to check-in early as the property was not rented the day before but it seemed like a Herculean effort to allow us to check-in early. Overall a great experience and it would be 5 stars if there were towels and check-in was at a more normal time like 3 pm.

Directly across from the beach which was wonderful! Area was very quiet. The house was immaculate and very well maintained and management was so nice! The pool was extremely clean and big... our kids loved it! We absolutely loved this place for our family vacation. We shared it with another family and the kids all loved it too! Will definitely be coming back!!

This house is all on one level with plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. Its location right across the street from the Gulf made it easy to get to and from the beach. We have Pensacola Beach sand between our toes!
