San Niccolò Atelier Suite was fully renovated in 2026 and designed for guests who want to experience Florence with the comfort of a modern home and the atmosphere of a historic neighborhood. The interiors are clean, contemporary, and carefully finished, with selected details that make the apartment both practical and welcoming.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Guests will need to use the stairs to reach it, but once inside they will find a bright, well-organized space that is easy to enjoy, whether traveling as a couple, with family, with friends, or for business.

Upon entering, the spacious master bedroom is on the left. It features a queen-size bed, wardrobe, desk, air conditioning, and TV, creating a comfortable private space to relax after a day exploring Florence.

On the right side of the entrance, guests will find the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen includes an oven, vitroceramic cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine, plates, pans, and kitchen essentials, making the apartment ideal for both short and longer stays.

The bathroom is modern and functional, with WC, bidet, and shower separated from the sink area for extra comfort and convenience.

The second bedroom is slightly more compact and features a queen-size bed and TV, making it ideal for a second couple, children, or additional guests.

The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, kitchen equipment, and all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There are no outdoor spaces, but the apartment is set in the authentic San Niccolò area, close to artisan shops, local restaurants, cafés, bars, and the everyday charm of Florence.
