Outdoors: This little paradise is surrounded by one hectare of olive grove and a rocky area where a natural rock lake emerges and two aquifers where spring water flows. The crystal clear water of the lake is connected to the sea at 800 meters and is sometimes salty at depending on the direction of the wind. The exterior is set up with a barbecue area, table and chairs and not far from the house, the wonderful relaxation area, immersed in the greenery of nature, in the cool of the pond.

Surroundings:
The trullo is located within the Palude del Capitano Natural Park, rich in native fauna and flora. At all times of the year, it is a riot of colors and scents.
Just off a secondary road, the house is a four-minute drive from the bustling fishing village of Sant'Isidoro, which has everything you need for stocking up or eating out, as well as a beach that's buzzing in high season. The nearest town is Nardò, 15 minutes by car, with its impressive cathedral and town square, castle and unspoilt coast, parts of which fall within the domain of the Portaselvaggio National Park. Also overlooking the glistening Ionian Sea, the village of Porto Cesareo, 20 minutes' drive away, has a popular fish market, as well as shops and a further choice of restaurants.

The ancient stone pajara, carefully restored with style, accommodates up to 4 guests and features a kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room, two double bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a waterfall shower and bathtub.

The natural lagoon in the garden serves as a swimming pool and is connected to the sea just 800 meters away, with crystal-clear water at a constant temperature of 19°C (66°F). The outdoor areas include a table and chairs under the olive trees, a barbecue area, and paths among cacti and olive groves—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

Just a few minutes from the village of Sant’Isidoro, and close to Nardò and Porto Cesareo, the property allows guests to combine sea, culture, and Puglian gastronomy with the peace of a location surrounded by nature.

Note: Due to the natural and rocky terrain, the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for children under 12 years old.
