The living area is anchored by an emerald velvet sofa dressed with orange cushions, set against warm timber flooring that runs throughout the space. A flat-screen TV sits on a timber media unit, and a glass dining table with upholstered chairs creates a sociable spot for meals in. The room flows naturally into the kitchen without any barriers, making the whole space feel generous and connected - easy for one guest to cook while others relax, or for a small group to gather comfortably at the end of a long day.

The Nespresso machine, cooking basics, and wine glasses all speak to us who has thought carefully about what guests actually need, and the private garden beyond the kitchen door transforms the apartment further still. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a coffee maker are all provided. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden, making it easy to move between cooking indoors and dining outside.

Bedroom
The double bedroom is a calm and well-considered space. Floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes and built-in overhead storage keep the room feeling organised and uncluttered, while the plush double bed dressed in crisp white bedding with yellow accents creates a welcoming place to rest. The apartment is situated on Tradescant Road in South Lambeth, a calm and community-minded residential area that sits neatly between the neighbourhoods of Vauxhall and Stockwell. The surrounding streets have a relaxed, local feel, with independent cafes, restaurants, and everyday amenities all within easy walking distance along South Lambeth Road and Stockwell Road.

Stockwell Underground Station, serving both the Victoria and Northern lines, is approximately seven minutes on foot, giving guests fast and direct access to the rest of London. Vauxhall Station, which connects the Victoria line with National Rail services and multiple bus routes including night buses, is around twelve minutes away on foot. From Vauxhall, the South Bank with its galleries, restaurants, and riverside walks is easily accessible.

Brixton, renowned for its vibrant food scene, lively market, and cultural energy, is just one stop from Stockwell on the Victoria line, approximately eight minutes by tube. London Victoria Station, with its mainline rail connections and onward Victoria line links, is three stops from Stockwell and around twelve minutes by tube. Oxford Circus and the heart of Central London are approximately eighteen minutes away from Stockwell on the Victoria line, direct, with no changes required.

Battersea Power Station, now home to a growing selection of shops, restaurants, and event spaces, is approximately twenty minutes on foot or a short ride on the 156 bus. Before Your Stay

To help us prepare the apartment for your arrival, we ask all guests two short questions at the time of booking. This ensures everything is ready and waiting for you from the moment you arrive.

Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
