We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant district of Harrow, 109 West Street offers a blend of suburban charm and urban convenience. Explore the nearby Harrow on the Hill for shopping and dining, or enjoy a leisurely stroll in the beautiful Harrow Recreation Ground. The area is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and easy access to local amenities.

Harrow on the Hill Station, just a short walk away, connects you to the Metropolitan line for swift travel to Central London. Numerous bus routes are also accessible, making it easy to explore the wider area. Enjoy the convenience of public transport right on your doorstep.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
