The Space:

• Bedrooms: Two bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and another with bunk beds, perfect to accommodate kids. A sleeper couch in the living room allows the flat to accommodate up to five guests.



• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, both modern and well-equipped.



• Living Area: A stylish lounge with a seating area, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.



• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, stove, microwave, and all essentials for cooking.



• Garden: A private outdoor space where guests can enjoy fresh air.



• Additional Features: A dedicated laundry area with space to store luggage for your convenience.



Guest Access:

The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire apartment at all times during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in West Kensington, a well-connected residential area with plenty of local charm. There are independent cafés, traditional pubs, and restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and supermarkets for everyday needs. Brook Green, a picturesque area with a lovely park, delis, and local eateries, is just a 10-minute walk away. The Olympia Exhibition Centre is also within walking distance, hosting events year-round. Within an hour by public transport, you can reach major attractions such as Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, Covent Garden, and the West End theatres.



Getting Around:

West Kensington and Kensington Olympia stations are both within a 10-minute walk, providing access to the London Underground and Overground networks. Several bus routes operate nearby, connecting you to key areas of the city. Heathrow Airport is approximately 50 minutes away by public transport. Additionally, there are uber and taxi services operation in the area.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located on the lower ground floor, and guests need to use steps to access the property, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

• Please respect designated quiet hours

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
