Descend a short flight of steps to enter the warm and welcoming sitting room, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and an ornamental fireplace that adds a homely touch. The space flows into the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay, including a dining table for four.
BEDROOMS
âąMaster Bedroom: A serene space with a king-sized bed, bedside tables, and French doors leading directly out to the tranquil private courtyard garden.
âąSecond Bedroom: Situated across the courtyard for added privacy, this cosy double bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.

In addition to the en-suite, the family bathroom includes a shower over a bath, sink, WC, and a heated towel rail - perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.
