This spacious six-bedroom home in Putney offers a comfortable and practical London stay for larger groups of up to nine guests. Set in a quiet residential area with a private garden, it provides a relaxed and homely base with easy access to local green spaces and central London.
Arranged across the ground and first floors, the property offers a natural separation between the living and sleeping areas. There are six bedrooms with a mix of double and single beds, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower over bath, plus a separate guest WC for added convenience.
Inside, the home has a warm and characterful feel, with bright neutral interiors, wooden and parquet-style flooring, and thoughtful touches of colour through artwork and soft furnishings. The cosy living area is ideal for relaxed evenings, while the well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher and a washing machine, making the home especially practical for longer stays or group visits.
The private garden is a standout feature, offering a peaceful outdoor space to unwind after a day in London.
Please note that the garden includes a pond, so the property may not be suitable for young children. Children must be supervised at all times, and guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their party when using the outdoor areas.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
