The front scaffolding does not impact the guest stay, as the flat is located at the back of the building. Please also note that the piano is strictly for decorative purposes and must not be used.
We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise after 9pm, as there are young families in the building.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay. The property is located on the first floor and is accessible via a lift. Gated parking is also available for your convenience.

You will be met at the property by a member of our team for check-in. A self-check-in option is available upon request if you prefer less interaction.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
