We would like to remind you that, in compliance with regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory, including minors. Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in as smoothly as possible.

The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

“Make an Appointment” option

The keys will be delivered directly to the apartment from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This service involves an additional fee, which varies depending on your arrival time:

From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €40 (VAT included)
