The Space:

Located in the heart of the Brera district, this recently renovated apartment offers a modern and functional living space in central Milan. The property is situated on the first floor of a classic building with an elevator and features a multi-level layout with two mezzanines. The main floor includes a living area with a sofa bed and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining corner with a table for four. The bathroom is fully furnished and includes both a bathtub and a washer-dryer.



The two mezzanine levels house the sleeping areas, each featuring a Queen Size bed overlooking the open loft space. The apartment provides dedicated storage for clothes and personal belongings. Comfort is ensured year-round with air conditioning and heating throughout. Fresh linens and towels are included, making this spacious loft a convenient and pleasant base for your stay in the city.



The Neighborhood:

Brera is one of Milan’s most characterful districts: a pocket of cobbled lanes, secret courtyards and warm evening light where the city feels effortlessly walkable. Once home to artists and writers, it still carries a bohemian spirit—today reimagined through design studios, concept stores and elegant fashion addresses that sit alongside historic trattorias. Via Mercato 5 places you right at the centre of it all, between the lively Via Fiori Chiari and the elegant routes toward Corso Garibaldi, steps from artisan cafés, wine bars and independent boutiques, with galleries and showrooms tucked between refined façades.



Start your morning at the Pinacoteca di Brera and the Accademia, then drift towards the charming Piazza del Carmine or the leafy Orto Botanico hidden behind quiet walls. In minutes you can reach Sforza Castle and the wide paths of Parco Sempione; continue on to Teatro alla Scala and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, both within easy reach. The Duomo is a pleasant walk, especially at golden hour.

Getting Around:

Getting around from the apartment is effortless, thanks to an exceptional network of public transport right at your doorstep. In just a couple of minutes on foot you’ll reach Lanza–Piccolo Teatro on the green line (about 150 metres away), while Cairoli on the red line is also very close (around 300 metres). For exploring Milan above ground, the Via Ponte Vetero tram stop is roughly 200 metres away and connects you quickly with key areas of the city on lines 2, 12 and 14.



If you’re arriving from the airport or planning a day trip, Cadorna Station is an easy walk at about 800 metres; from here you can catch the Malpensa Express for direct connections to Malpensa Airport. The location is also ideal for moving between Milan’s main railway hubs: Porta Garibaldi is just three metro stops away, and Centrale is four stops away, making transfers and longer journeys particularly convenient.



Taxis are equally simple, with a taxi rank practically outside on Via Mercato (about 80 metres). And if you prefer flexible mobility, you’ll find car sharing and bike sharing options all around the neighbourhood—perfect for quick rides, last-minute plans, or a scenic cycle through the city.
