L'appartement est situé dans une charmante cour du début des années 1900, a été entièrement rénové et se compose d'un salon avec cuisine, canapé-lit confortable et table à manger, une salle de bain avec douche et une chambre double (avec matelas deux carrés de haute qualité). Au centre mais très calme et paisible grâce à la vue intérieure, avec climatisation et wi-fi haut débit.

Lit bébé et chaise haute disponibles sur demande.

L'appartement est situé au premier étage sans ascenseur.

À la maison, vous trouverez: TV LED et Netflix, wi-fi, fer et planche à repasser, machine à café Nespresso et américaine, grille-pain, presse-agrumes, micro-ondes et de nombreux guides de la ville. Draps et serviettes, shampoing et gel douche sont fournis.

Perfect Location

Recently stayed at Enrica’s place when visiting Milan. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to the Metro, shopping and Duomo. Easy check in with excellent directions on how to access from the train station which made it super easy. The apartment is small but we did not spend alot of time in it! Enrica was very accommodating with a later check out and responded quickly when messages! I would stay here again.

Well appointed apartment in good location

The property is well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host left a few snacks as well as tea and coffee, which was very thoughtful. The location is great - it is an easy walk or tram ride into the centre of town. The check-in process was easy, with everything ready as promised.

Cute little apartment in central location

Nice apartment in a great location. Landlady always quickly reachable on WhatsApp. Also usable for four people, if you are only a few days on site. Very nicely decorated and everything necessary is available.

Good & Bad

An good location, close to transport links, bars, and friendly shops & cafes, quiet and very secure. Easy to find & get in, with good instructions & tips from Enrica. Comfortable bed with good linen & excellent shower. Nice & warm on a cold wet day.But, cleaning/preparation could have been better - greasy cutlery (no dishwasher), floor needed a mop, broken light bulbs, fridge set to freeze contents. No tea towels. The photos were taken some time before our stay. The open outside landing & courtyard is dingy, & the living space has no outlook unless the door, which opens onto the underside of the stair, is left open. The "balcony" is the open landing leading to the neighbouring apartment. Getting out at the bottom of the staircase requires a key, which in an emergency would be difficult. The tourist tax was more than double stated on the website, although only having gone up by 40% this January.Overall, a good apartment for a 2 or 3 night stay if you are going to be out all the time; but not the best place to hang around in during the day.

Great find in Milan!

The apartment was just as advertised -- incredible location, super clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, there were several nice 'extra touches' -- like the travel guides/recommendations, cookies/candy, and more. The property owners were easy to contact and very helpful. We would stay here again if our travels take us back to the lovely city of Milano. Thank you!

This has been a remarkable place to stay. The owner and her assistant were wonderful

This property was clean, located in a prime area of Milan. Owner was very helpful and attentive. I highly Recommend. I was a “super” host of Air n B myself, so I know what a good host is! Property most excellent. Near Duomo and Galleria. Taxi and bus within walking distance. Grocery store a few feet away. Highly recommend! Bravo!!

Right in the center of the action

We had an excellent 2 night stay at this apartment. We walked almost everywhere and where we didn’t walk we took the metro- a short walk away. We purchased ‘skip the line’ tickets for the main attractions and we had a wonderful time in Milan. There is a great pastry shop down the street and we really enjoyed a pastry and coffee in the apartment before we set out for the day. Thanks for your help when checking in!

Location location!

Firstly, this location is perfect for seeing Milan on foot. (Tip: don’t be like me, wear COMFY shoes!) Unit is clean as a whistle! I felt it was missing a few items that have been common during our stays in Italy, salt/pepper/olive oil & balsamic would have been great. One other note: while this apartment does technically sleep 4, it is extremely cramped. Once the sofa is pulled out, there is very little room to move around and not much space if you have more than one suitcase. I highly recommend for a couple! Overall, if I came to Milan without my kiddos, I would definitely stay here again! P.S. The little market right outside the door sells the most delicious tomatoes I have ever eaten!

Close to Navigli on nice, city street

If you want to be close to the Navigli area, the hip and happening place at night, you want to stay in this area. The bed was very comfortable and is a quiet place. There is a restaurant next door that, on Saturday night, had 2 men singing for a long time with lots of people taking pictures but all was closed by 11pm. Visit the Coin department store a couple of blocks away. A bit of a walk to the Duomo but, if you want to stay away from all the tourists most of the time, definitely stay here. PS. The toilet paper roll holder is upside down so the TP falls off CONTINUALLY.

Great apartment close to city center and Navigli d

Very much enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Very clean and in good shape. Enrica, the lady who manages (owns?) the place was very nice and helpful in answering any questions. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was effective (a must in Milan in the late spring). The kitchen has a small fridge, a cooktop surface, a microwave and a sink. Location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo area, 10 to the trendy Navigli district. It's on a main street with a grocery store a few doors down and a number of cafes close by. Because the apartment is located off a courtyard that is accessed by a door off the street, there is basically no street noise even though it's on a main street. I stayed by myself, but the apartment is definitely suitable for a couple. Any more than that and it would be pretty tight, though. Only real complaint I had (and it's a bit nitpicky in the grand scheme of things) is that the shower drain runs very slowly, so you're standing in an pool of soapy water within thirty seconds of turning the shower on. Not ideal, but far from a deal-breaker. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in the city.
