This countryside retreat barn is beautifully furnished for two, with a garden and parking, local riverside walks,and cafes and pubs within easy distance.. 1 step to entrance.

Surrounded by open fields,with commanding views over marshland, and quiet country lanes, the property enjoys a tranquil setting perfect for nature lovers /bird watchers while remaining close to local amenities and riverside attractions.
Excellent walking can be enjoyed directly from the doorstep, with miles of scenic trails waiting to be explored. You can join the Wherrymans Way footpath just up the road on Langley Dyke passing the restored Hardley Mill on the River Yare and onto Hardley Staithe . Marsh Harriers,Kestrels and Barn Owls can be spotted soaring over the marshes.
Loddon village ,the Gateway to the Southern Broads is a 7 min, 2 mile drive away , where you can find a picturesque riverbank ,boating opportunities ,historic buildings ,a supermarket , and a selection of cafes, pubs , takeaways and shops , and a library.
The popular market towns of Beccles and Bungay are within easy reach in the scenic Waveney Valley . The historic city of Norwich is only a 20min drive away with its culture , castle, cathedral and bustling shopping lanes and a vast range of cafes and restaurants .
