The Space:

The apartment is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and showcase the beautiful sea views. It features a bright open-plan living area that flows into the private terrace through large sliding glass doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Inside, you’ll find stylish coastal décor and modern conveniences, making you feel right at home by the beach. The sleeping quarters consist of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, perfect for a family of four or a small group of friends. Every room has its own air conditioning unit to keep you cool during warm Sardinian summers and comfortable during cooler months. All windows are also fitted with mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze without any unwelcome insects.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment and its sea-view terrace throughout their stay. The apartment is located on an upper floor and is accessible only via stairs, so please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.



The Neighborhood:

Marina delle Nereidi is a secluded coastal community in Quartu Sant’Elena, known for its unspoiled natural surroundings and tranquility. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with the Mediterranean Sea just a short walk from your door. You’ll find a small uncrowded pebble beach and rocky shoreline nearby, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing while listening to the waves. Lush Mediterranean pine trees and shrubs blanket the area, creating a green, serene backdrop and providing pleasant shade for walks. This private seaside village is not a busy resort, so the ambiance is very quiet and relaxing, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of Sardinia’s south coast away from the crowds.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend having a car during your stay. Marina delle Nereidi is about 20 km (approximately a 30-minute drive) from the city of Cagliari, and the nearest supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are roughly 4–5 km away (about 10 minutes by car). Free parking is available about 100 meters from the apartment in the residence’s shared parking area, so you’ll always have a convenient place to park your vehicle.

Safety & Cleanliness

The apartment is brand-new, professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay, and stocked with cleaning supplies. It’s a non-smoking, no-pet property to maintain an allergy-friendly environment.
