The kitchen stands out for its original design, featuring a two-part layout: in the rear area, there are two refrigerators, generous work surfaces, and all the essential appliances for food preparation. Facing the dining area is the open-plan section, with a breakfast bar and stools. Here you’ll find the dishwasher, stove, a suspended extractor hood, tableware, coffee machine, and more.

The living room, with its elegant sofa arrangement on one side and the fireplace on the other, once again offers these wonderful views along with high-quality decorative details.

All bedrooms, as well as the living room, are air-conditioned.

In addition to the terrace and infinity pool—undoubtedly the heart of the house—there is also a garden offering a great deal of privacy, as there are no neighbours on that side of the property.
