Thank you so much for your kind review. We're truly delighted to hear you had an excellent stay at our villa in Menorca. Regarding the pool, I'm not sure I've fully understood your comment. The pool was, in fact, in perfect working order throughout your entire stay. I've just spoken with our pool maintenance person, who visits twice a week to ensure all levels are correct and to clean the pool, and he assures me the pool was fully available and there were no issues whatsoever. Furthermore, we had smooth communication during your stay, and at no point did you mention any problem with the pool. Would you be so kind to clarify what happened, please? As you know, our aim is always for our guests to have an excellent experience, and we're continuously striving to improve our services. We'd be absolutely delighted to welcome you back next season! Notre objectif est toujours de veiller à ce que nos clients se trouvent dans un environnement où ils peuvent profiter pleinement de leurs vacances. La villa présente toutes ces caractéristiques : confort, tranquillité, espace et sécurité. Depuis plus de 30 ans que nous accueillons des hôtes dans notre maison, nous n'avons jamais eu de problème de sécurité pour les enfants. Je voudrais énumérer un certain nombre de caractéristiques de notre maison : Tous les accès au jardin où se trouve la piscine sont fermés par des barrières et des loquets, de sorte que s'ils sont maintenus fermés, les enfants ne peuvent pas accéder à la piscine sans l'autorisation des adultes. La piscine est également parfaitement surveillée depuis les deux porches principaux, ce qui vous permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer tout en surveillant les enfants dans la piscine. Bien sûr, nous recommandons toujours que la surveillance soit plus intense pour les enfants plus jeunes. La piscine est équipée de marches, ce qui permet aux enfants de sortir très facilement de la piscine. Les 3 000 m2 de jardins sont sécurisés par des murs en pierre de plus de 3 mètres de haut, afin que les enfants ne puissent pas "s'échapper" dans la rue. La zone est l'une des meilleures urbanisations de Mahón et il n'y a pas de problèmes de sécurité, comme il n'y en a pas dans toute l'île de Minorque. Nous sommes certains que nos clients ont apprécié ces caractéristiques et c'est pourquoi la grande majorité de ceux qui séjournent ici sont des familles avec des enfants et recommandent toujours notre villa. We are very pleased that you and your family were so comfortable in our Villa at Sol del Este. Our focus is always to ensure that our guests are in an environment where they can enjoy their holiday to the full. The Villa has all these characteristics: comfort, tranquillity, spaciousness and security. In the more than 30 years that we have been welcoming guests to our home, we have never had a problem with child safety. I would like to list a number of features that our house has: All accesses to the garden where the pool is located are closed with gates and latches, so that if they are kept closed, children cannot access the pool without the permission of adults. The pool is also perfectly supervised from the two main porches, so you can enjoy the views over the sea while supervising the children in the pool. Of course, we always recommend that for younger children, the supervision is more intense. The pool has easily accessible stairs (with normal steps, not a ladder), so it is very easy for children to get out of the pool. The 3.000 m2 gardens are secured by stone walls of more than 3 metres high, so the children cannot "escape" into the street. The area is one of the best urbanisations in Mahon and there are no security problems, as there are none on the whole island of Menorca. We are sure that our guests have appreciated these features and that is why the vast majority of our guests are families with children and always recommend our villa. Best regards, Jorge
