Top Deck is located on Berkeley Path, a quiet lane just above Falmouth town centre. The property is easily reached by car and benefits from private off-street parking directly outside. 🚗

There are two allocated parking spaces, suitable for two medium-sized cars, or one larger vehicle and one smaller car if required.

Berkeley Path is a narrow residential lane, so we recommend approaching slowly when arriving.
Access to the property is via a small entrance gate leading to the courtyard and front door.

Guests can check in independently using the secure lockbox located on the post just inside the gate near the parking area. 🔑

Once you’ve collected the keys, you can let yourselves in and start enjoying your stay. 🌊

Top Deck is tucked away on Berkeley Path, a quiet residential lane just above the centre of Falmouth, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to everything the town has to offer. 🌊

Falmouth is one of Cornwall’s most vibrant coastal towns, known for its beautiful harbour, sandy beaches and lively mix of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and galleries. The town is also home to the third largest natural harbour in the world, making it a popular destination for sailing, boating and watersports. ⛵

From the property, guests can easily explore the town centre, wander along the waterfront, or visit nearby beaches such as Gyllyngvase Beach, which is perfect for swimming, paddleboarding and coastal walks.

Falmouth also hosts many events throughout the year including sailing regattas, festivals and the famous Tall Ships races, giving visitors plenty to see and do during their stay.

Despite being so close to the town’s attractions, the property enjoys a quiet, tucked-away position, making it an ideal retreat after a day exploring the Cornish coast. 🌿

Top Deck is easily accessible by public transport, with two nearby train stations within walking distance. 🚆

The closest station is Penmere Railway Station, approximately a 10–12 minute walk from the property. Penmere sits on the Maritime Line, which connects Falmouth to Truro, where guests can transfer to mainline rail services across the UK.

Falmouth Town Station is also nearby and provides the same connection along the Maritime Line.

From either station, guests can walk into the town centre or take a short taxi ride to the property.

🚌 Local bus services also run regularly through Falmouth town centre, providing easy access to nearby beaches, coastal villages, and other destinations across Cornwall.

🚖 Taxis are widely available in Falmouth and the journey from the train stations to the property usually takes just a few minutes

Top Deck is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, particularly during the evening hours.

The property is accessed via Berkeley Path, a narrow lane, so guests arriving by car should approach slowly and ensure vehicles are parked within the two allocated spaces.

Due to the elevated position of the property, some areas around the terrace and garden may not be suitable for very young children without supervision.
