5 Jane's Court, Packet Quays
Summary:
Introducing a truly unique property, 5 Jane's Court, which is set within an exclusive waterfront development steeped in history and charm. Originally constructed in the 17th century, this property once served as the home to the famous Packet ships that carried the Royal Mail from Falmouth across the globe.
The property now offers modern-day living while showcasing breathtaking views over Falmouth harbour.
The Space:
As you enter the property from the ground floor, you are welcomed into a contemporary, open-plan living space that provides a relaxed and calming space for all to enjoy with patio door leading out into a balcony which is the prefect setting for your morning tea or coffee and to watch the sunrise. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, perfect for preparing a delightful dining experience.
The property boasts three well appointed bedrooms: a king with an en-suite bathroom, a double, and a twin. Additionally, this floor includes a bathroom.
For your convenience, there is secure parking available for one medium-sized car in the garage, with a height restriction of 1.92m (6’ 3”). If additional parking spaces are required, on street parking can be found on Dunstonville Terrace (0.2mi) and Stratton Place. There is a council carpark located an approximate 10 minute walk from the property. 'Town Quarry' car park allows 24 hour stays for £11.60 (April-October) and £6.70 (November-March)
5 Jane's Court is ideally situated to make your stay truly memorable, whatever the occasion.

Adjacent to the property's designated parking space, you will find an alleyway that will lead you to 5 Janes Court. As you approach the front door, you will find a cupboard to your left with a key safe located inside. On booking the property, the team at Creek and Country will inform you of your allocated code to open the key safe.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet area overlooking the River Fal, you are always a stone throw away from bustling independent retailers depending on your interests.

The Boathouse Bar and Restaurant (0.2mi)
The Greenbank Hotel and Working Boat Pub (0.3mi)
Star and Garter (0.1mi)
The Dental Surgery Old Brewery Yard (0.2mi)

Getting Around:
A short walk up the old Barracks Ope steps or sloping path will lead you to Falmouth’s Old High Street, where you can explore an eclectic mix of boutiques, independent shops, bars, and restaurants.
The property is incredibly central for other travel routes, as well as being located in the epicentre of Falmouth. For bus routes, Falmouth Moor (0.5mi) acts as respite for buses that journey in different directions. Fancy a trip to the city? Take the U1 or the 32 through the winding Cornish roads. Falmouth Town Train Station (0.9mi) is additionally just a peaceful bumble through the cobbled town.
