This is an absolutely stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa in a prime location on the Mojacar Playa with bars, restaurants and blue flagged beaches all within walking distance from the property.
Leading up to the property are the large black iron gates that open onto a private drive screened with mature plants. The property is very spacious and is set on one level comprising with four large double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, three with shower enclosures and one with bath and separate shower enclosure. The master bedroom leads out onto a sunny terrace with table and chairs. The lounge is light and airy with a log burner fireplace creating that cozy feeling. Off the lounge is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine that leads out onto a small courtyard. Also off the lounge is a large dining area with a marble table and high back leather padded chairs with patio doors leading out onto a covered outside room with beautiful rattan garden table and chairs and more comfortable seating.
This villa has everything you could image to make your stay be comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing as possible with WiFi, Live UK TV multiple channels, air conditioning throughout, a south-facing private pool equipped with sun beds, and awning for shade, a roof solarium with a seating area where you can enjoy the fine views of the Mediterranean Sea and numerous terraces where you can enjoy the oasis of mature plants.

What a fab villa to stay in, had all amenities available, decor was really lovely and modern.Kitchen is fully equipped, outdoor patio area is really comfy and has a fully equipped outdoor BBQ, roof terrace has lovely sea views. Fully air conditioning throughout the villa.Pool was great and really needed in the heat.Many bars are with in walking distance as are sea front restaurants. Buses were every 1/2 hr roughly, sometimes run a bit late, along the strip, but only 1euro 20 for any length of journey. Super value.The only negative was the hill walking back up from the sea front in the heat, we found that bit hard work, think someone older would struggle.The best beach we used was near Hotel Indalo, more sand than rocky.

Stunning villa

We stayed as a family comprising three couples. This has to be the nicest villa I have rented. It was equipped beyond all our expectations. Comfortable beds, excellent air con, beautiful pool area, plenty of shade from the sun, bikes, beach furniture, cool box, water filter, amazing barbecue, ambient lighting; the list is endless. Garden tended to daily and pool cleaned twice. Allowed us to access the property earlier than check in. We used their recommendation for airport transfer. You are close to bars, supermarket and beach. It was a little further out than we have stayed previously but the standard of the villa far outweighed the short walk. It gave us the opportunity to discover restaurants down that end. Would like to point out that I have seen it described as a three bed villa and also a four bed villa. It is four doubles all with en-suite. Would not hesitate to recommend.

El alojamiento es expléndido, permite intimidad de todas las personas que se alojan, tiene tres cuartos de baños completos en cada habitación y dos aseos. La cocina es grande y además de la zona exterior, cuenta con un comedor de verano muy apetecible. La limpieza de la piscina es cada dos días, muy profesional, y la zona exterior es limpiada por otra persona de la inmobiliaria todos los días. El entorno estupendo, bares, restaurantes y un supermercado a 7 minutos. La playa a 7 minutos andando, es rocosa pero muy agradable. Dean y su equipo son encantadores, sólo mejoraría un poco la limpieza interior. Mu recomendable. Nosotros repetiremos. Buena relación calidad precio.

Fantastic villa!

We absolutely loved our stay in the villa! There were 4 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. Very clean and felt very safe. The location was great, being only a short walk to the supermarket and beach with plenty of bars and restaurants in a short distance. Will definatly return!

Large villa, home from home

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is lovely and spacious. Pool spotlessly clean although very cold!! (We stayed in October!) The pool man came twice during our week stay and we also saw the gardener too sweeping up around the pool. The villa is large and has lots of rooms to spread out in. I especially loved the second lounge area where you could sit on one of the most comfiest sofas I’ve ever sat on and pull the curtains closed to have a nap! TV has all the English channels and lots of recorded films on, you really do feel like you’re at home. The whole villa is well equipped with everything you could need. Roof terrace has amazing views of the sea and mountains and has cushions up there to use on the furniture. The two egg swing seats were very comfortable around the pool. Plenty of sun beds and chairs. The sun room was great especially in the evening when we wanted to sit outside but not get bitten by mosquitoes as it has a fly screen. In fact all windows and doors have fly screens which is fantastic. Rooms were a good size and we all had a good nights sleep. Location was really good for bars, restaurants, supermarkets, morning coffee/breakfast, beach bars, bus stop (there’s a yellow bus which takes you all around Mojacar for about €1.20). The walk is down a bit of a hill so you have a bit of a climb on the way back to the villa but it wasn’t a problem for us. The villa has an alarm which you can set when you leave so everything is secure. We had lots of bits and bobs to welcome us like wine, milk, bread, etc which was fantastic as the shops were closed by the time we’d finished unpacking! We even found a tin of beans in the cupboard. We used the BBQ but also ate out as everything is so close by. Overall a very relaxing stay, we all thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

Great stay

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The pictures don't do it justice, it is absolutely huge and so beautiful. The location is perfect just behind the supermarket and about a 15 min walk to all the good beach bars. The only thing to bear in mind is that we had 2 cloudy days and as the hot water is solar powered, 2 days of no hot showers! Fine in the summer but in November it was pretty chilly. Would 100% recommend and will be recommending to my family, as we frequent Mojacar a lot.

Perfecto para vacaciones de relax

Es una casa muy amplia, que cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas muy buenas vacaciones. Destaca lo limpio que se encuentra todo. La piscina y el jardín estan también muy cuidados y son muy agradables. Está a 5-10 minutos andando de la playa y de las zonas comerciales y de restaurantes. Recomendable si vas con familia o amigos.

Safe secure and Stunning modern villa in perfect location.

Stayed 31/7-10/8/17 I travelled with my wife and 2 children aged 7 years and 9 months and I looked for ages to find a villa that I liked and was I glad I chose this villa. The villa is located literally a 5-10 min walk from beaches and a shops and restaurants ( a little further if you go on deans recommendations). It's situated in a quite residential street and is not overlooked at all. When arriving at the villa we was greeted by dean and instantly felt comfortable in the surroundings. It has a gated drive and gated walk way to the villa. The villa is simply stunning. When walking in you just knew it was exactly what you hoped for. A beautiful air conditioned lounge that had a large L shaped sofa and sky had to that had all uk channels inc sky movies and sky sports ! the loung has a snug off of it and a large air conditioned kitchen with a out terrace. Up a step into the hall with a small wc and with 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite. The first bedroom had patio doors leading out onto a small courtyard that was full of colour with plants ( this also led to the pool area) All the bedrooms had air conditioning and all were stylishly done. The whole house looked fresh and modern and very new. Walk back out the loung down a stair into the dining room again air conditioned and overlooked the pool. Off of the dining room was a set of patio doors that led into what I called the "pool" room as it led out into the pool area but had again a new large dining table and new sofa and chair to relax In when it was too hot this had a great addition of a fridge which was great so we didn't have to go through to main kitchen. Walk out on to the pool area which was stunning the pool was big enough for us and was perfectly warm during our stay it's south facing. Again all new sun beds and parasols with a table and chairs along with a swing egg which again was a great addition. The pool was beautifully clean and well maintained. A simple walk round to the left leads you back to the front door a walk to the right leads you to an outside shower , outside toilet and the courtyard to the first bedroom. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and was welcomed by dean with a handy welcome pack and any question we had nothing was ever too much trouble. Dean also has in the villa a Bluetooth speaker for round the pool again a great addition. Dean left a welcome brochure which had recommendations of restaurants THE MENDES TAPAS is a MUST, Will definitely return !

Beautiful villa in a perfect location

This villa has all the facilities that we look for when booking our family holiday. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is brilliant as it is in a quiet residential street and not overlooked. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and there are an array of restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance.We ate somewhere different every night! All our needs were catered for from the lovely refreshing pool to sky TV so everyone was happy! Dean was there to meet us on arrival and was very welcoming and informative. Thanks for our welcome pack too, it was very much appreciated! We had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to make a return visit.
