The open-plan ground floor is warm and inviting, with wooden floors, painted ceiling beams, and a cosy wood-burning stove at its heart. Sink into the sage-green sofa with a good book, or gather round the round dining table in the bay window as golden light pours in over the village. The sage-green shaker kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from a coffee machine and toaster to quality cookware - ideal for leisurely mornings in.

Upstairs, two serene double bedrooms await. The primary bedroom is a calm retreat dressed in warm neutrals with matching bedside lamps and crisp white linen. The second bedroom is equally charming, with pretty floral accents and views over the Cotswold rooftops.

Fresh towels, Ortigia toiletries and a welcoming atmosphere are all taken care of - just bring yourself and enjoy.

We have 1 private parking space and a private courtyard, complete with outdoor table, chairs and parasol for ultimate comfort.

The space is perfect for: couples, friends travelling together, or a small family looking for a quality Cotswolds base.

We have a foldable cot here but please note we don`t provide cot linen so you will need to bring your own if you plan to use the cot.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
• Pets allowed but please note are only allowed on the ground floor, kitchen and living room spaces and not in bedrooms. Pets are also not allowed on furniture.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
