Set just across from one of Fuengirola’s favourite stretches of sand and the lively waterfront, the apartment is only a couple of minutes from shops, cafés and local dining spots. The town centre is within a pleasant 15-minute walk, and transport links are excellent, with the train and bus station about 10 minutes away, offering easy access to Málaga Airport.

With 80 m² of well‑distributed space, this apartment is ideal for groups of up to eight guests. It offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed designed for two additional guests. A practical and welcoming option for families or groups travelling together.

We kindly remind our guests of the house rules, created to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

No smoking inside the apartment, including windows or balconies.

Parties or loud noise that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.

Only guests registered in the reservation may enter the apartment.

Pets must be pre-approved; unregistered animals are not permitted.

✅ Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
On the day of arrival, access details and entry instructions will be shared shortly before your arrival time.

If you plan to arrive earlier, feel free to let us know. Whenever the apartment is ready ahead of schedule, we’ll be happy to offer early access. Please note that this depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning process, so it cannot be guaranteed in advance.

✅ For organisational and safety reasons, it’s not possible to store luggage inside the apartment while cleaning is in progress. If needed, there are independent luggage storage options available nearby in Fuengirola. These services operate separately and are fully responsible for the safekeeping of belongings.

✅ Departure

Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m.

If you would like to extend your departure time, please request it at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is subject to availability. The following supplements apply:

Until 1:00 p.m. – 39€

Until 3:00 p.m. – 59€

Until 5:00 p.m. – 99€

✅ Occupancy

The apartment is reserved exclusively for the guests included in the booking.
If you wish to add someone to your stay, the additional guest fee is 49€ per person, per night.

✅ Cleaning

The standard cleaning service after check-out is already included in your reservation.
Should you require extra cleaning during your stay or a change of towels, we can arrange it upon request for an additional 80€.

✅ Pets

Pets are welcome with prior notice. A supplement of 25€ per pet, per night applies.

✅ House Guidelines

- Smoking is not permitted indoors.

- Parties and events are not allowed.

- Please be mindful of neighbours, especially during evening and nighttime hours.

We kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and report any incident or damage so it can be properly resolved.
