There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one featuring a bath with overhead shower and the other a walk-in shower. *The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower level, while the upper floor is dedicated to social living, with the main living area, kitchen and balcony accessed via internal steps.*
