This beautifully appointed three-bedroom villa is set within the peaceful Quinta do Rosal resort, a small and exclusive development just 5km from both Benagil and Carvoeiro in the heart of the Algarve, Portugal. Enjoying a private plot of over 130 square metres, the property is fully gated and fenced, offering privacy, security and a relaxed setting for families or groups seeking a comfortable retreat.
A private driveway provides parking for several cars, ensuring convenience from the moment you arrive. The villa itself is spacious and thoughtfully arranged, combining comfort with practical design. There are three generously sized bedrooms, two furnished with super king-size beds and one with a king-size bed. Each bedroom benefits from its own en suite bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower, and all rooms have patio doors opening directly onto the garden and pool area, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. An additional guest WC is located at the entrance level for added convenience.
The heart of the home is a fully fitted modern kitchen, equipped with everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. The kitchen flows effortlessly into a comfortable open-plan lounge and dining area, creating a bright and sociable living space ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.
