Ce magnifique loft situé dans un immeuble inscrit au registre historique national a été magnifiquement rénové. Toutes les nouvelles cuisines, salles de bains et meubles - le bùtiment a été entiÚrement rénové avec de nouveaux cùbles, plomberie, climatisation et chauffage. Un grand soin a été pris pour préserver l'histoire et avoir encore toutes les commodités des équipements modernes.

Situé au coeur du centre-ville. 2 pùtés de maisons du centre des congrÚs, pùtés de maisons de Power & Light District et Sprint Center. Bloque également le tramway KC gratuit qui parcourt la rue Main et commence à River Market jusqu'à Union Station et Crown centre.
La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec vaisselle, casseroles, poĂȘles, ustensiles, grille-pain, cafetiĂšre et mixeur. Draps, literie, fer Ă  repasser, serviettes, shampoing, etc. tous fournis.

This was a great place to stay. It was just as it was listed, it was clean and inviting after a long day at a conference. There was great communication to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Additionally, the rooftop patio was a great place to work a little and unwind. I will definitely stay here again next time I am traveling to Kansas City.

Great kitchen for making daily breakfasts not supplied at our conference. Balcony is a great space for hanging out. Space was great for me and my two coworkers, just a short walk to the convention center. Olivia communicated very well so no surprises at all. Highly recommend.

Perfect accommodations

This loft apartment was perfect for our tournament accommodation. The event was held at the convention center, which was about 4 blocks away, so we could walk. Parking was easy at the nearby lot. If we make it to global finals again next year, i will book this again.

Cousin getaway winner!

This was a Christmas present to my nephew and a cousin getaway for all of the cousins! It was amazing and provided plenty of room for everyone. I would like to suggest maybe having playing cards.The roof was awesome. The gym was awesome. We were very pleased. We’ll definitely stay here again if we visit Kansas.City

Amazing property. I loved the layout and how well stocked the loft. We had a great time exploring the area and visiting family. The property management company was very responsive and friendly. I would stay at the loft again

The loft was beautiful and as pictured, with the exception of there being 4 futons, instead of 2 futons and 2 couches. Still plenty of seating. The kitchen was stocked so well. Had about anything you would need. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. They provided shampoo and soap and laundry detergent. Big bonus to not have to go shopping when you get there. The balcony was beautiful and as appears in photos. However, during our stay there was a guy who had moved a desk out there in the middle of the deck with two large computers (not laptops). and appeared to be camped out for a while. Hopefully he isn't there all the time, but the setup would be hard to move around. That was the only downfall, but had nothing to do with owners of our loft. Overall, the place was comfortable, lots of space, and really cool vibe.

Awesome experience

All the creature comforts you would want, short walks to just about anything youd like to do, and a stay that was so 'easy' that it allowed this overthinking dad a chance to have a great couple days exploring with the kids.

Great property, perfect downtown location!

We've stayed in this building before, but it was our first time in this unit. It perfectly accommodated my daughter, sister, and nieces for a cheer competition over the weekend at the convention center. It's a beautiful and very safe building; the unit itself is spacious and clean. And Olivia and her team were incredibly responsive, getting back to my sister in the early a.m. hours when there was a power outage in the neighborhood. We won't hesitate to stay here again!

Holiday Staycation

Had a wonderful time exploring Kansas City with family and staying at this downtown loft. We enjoyed the convenient location to the streetcar. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious for the four of us. I’m not sure the couches would be the most comfortable for the additional four guests it can house, but the two beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again or recommend for visiting family/friends.

Fantastic apartment!

The apartment was great for our girls trip! It had tons of space and the beds were comfortable. Street parking was on plentiful. The codes made it super easy to enter building and apartment. Communication from host was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Great place and great location

This was a five star all around. Great instructions and communication for easy in and out. Short walk to everything downtown, river market, P&L. Pictures are spot on, great finishes nicely done. Will stay again. Multiple units in same building also.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely condo in a beautiful old area of Kansas City! The host was very responsive to any questions. The condo came with everything we needed, and the host gave us great suggestions for activities, bars, and restaurants in the area.

Spacious downtown loft

So happy we booked this loft! It was completely updated and tastefully decorated. The loft was spacious with extra spaces to sleep in the living room. The owner provided extra bedding for the pullout couch. We loved the views and the large rooftop deck. The location was just a few blocks from a street car stop. We will definitely book this loft again next time in KC.!

What a fun place! We loved this location in the library district close to the street car and just down from River Market and the rest of Downtown! This place was clean, beautiful aesthetic, exactly what the description says! Rooftop was so pretty and spacious. We didn’t need to contact the management because they emailed me very clear instruction and had parking options laid out and ready to go! Really did just love this place so much! Open floor plan made it feel so big, but decor was done so well we felt at home! Would absolutely stay again!

The communication was wonderful. The location was close to River Market. I liked the reminders about the codes, address, and details. It made the trip so enjoyable. It was like having a personal assistant in your back pocket. The parking is close and VERY easy to utilize. The building had security (codes to get into the building and codes to get into the elevator and into the apartment). We really enjoyed the access to the "rooftop". The unit was SO LARGE, so it accommodated our 6 adult children. We would absolutely stay at the location again. Very attentive hostess.

The location was great and easy walking to T-Mobile and other places. The loft was very clean and roomy and had everything you would need. We only stayed 1 night so we did not use much other than the beds, couches, fridge and bathrooms. Excellent communication with the host.Parking is on the street at meters or in a paid lot (all of which is stated in the description). We opted for the parking lot (10/24 hours) because there was construction and all the meters were removed and didn't want to risk being towed. The only negative thing I have is that it's not very soundproof. We could hear the neighbors very clearly. They clearly didn't abide by the "no party/quiet time after 11 rule". Along with that noise there was construction on the street right outside the windows and it was very loud. There is a school right up the street so you could also hear the children yelling and screaming walking on the sidewalk in the morning. So if you're a light sleeper it might not be your best option but I would definitely stay again.
