Most excellent stay for two

Was a stay for weekend entertainment, and my partner and I had an absolute blast. Lots of locations walking distance away. The property was most excellent and almost flawless. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Birthday Get Away

This property was the perfect place for us to stay and enjoy the downtown area of KC! The property was in a central location and the building we stayed in was very well kept. The condo had every amenity needed. We appreciate that there was more than just salt and pepper to season our food with, and extra blankets for those of us that get cold. Caleb was a great communicator the whole way through. We would definitely go here again!

My husband, 11-yr-old son, and I had a great time at Caleb’s condo. We came in for a quick night to watch a Sporting KC game and so wanted a place that gave us quick access to other parts of the city. The size was perfect for our family of 3. We especially appreciated the gym, which also included a small basketball court (my son LOVED that). The directions for check-in were a little more complicated than other places we stayed but the process was exactly as Caleb laid out so it ended up being straightforward. The security folks were awesome and helpful too. All in all, it was a fun and comfortable stay and exactly what we wanted!

This condo was appealing to the eye, clean and modern! The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions, and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Exceptional stay with exceptional service!

The apartment is very clean, spacious, modern, welcoming, fully equipped, functional, organized and nicely decorated. The property amenities were incredible. The host is responsive and knowledgeable of KC.

We loved this property - the amenities were exactly what we were hoping to have and it was super secure. We felt safe and comfortable. The building staff was super helpful and provided recommendations for local spots downtown. Highly recommend this spot when looking for a place to stay downtown!

Great apartment in an awesome location

The space was clean, well maintained and stocked. The check in process was a bit complex but relatively straightforward to follow the directions. The kitchen had everything you could need to fix a leak with the right groceries and the shower is great. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great Location & Accomodations

We had a great time in this condo! The location, accommodations, and facilities are amazing. The condo is a great size and has everything you will need! My only feedback would be to upgrade the couch, as it was not the most comfortable to relax on or snuggle up and watch a movie on.

Happy with our KC apartment!

So happy we booked this place! The communication from the property management is excellent. The place is as described. The free streetcar to get around downtown was a nice perk. Overall, a great stay!

I would recommend this VRBO! The place was very nice and welcoming! Great communication with the host! Very safe and secure location. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the 10 am check out. But all around it was amazing!

Fabulous stay with so many perks

There was so much that was just excellent about this stay. I did not plan to have a vehicle, but with transportation from the airport costing 45 each way, I got an electric rental for a little more and was able to park for free and there was a free charging station on the 5th level of the garage!I did not use the fitness area, but I checked it out and it was quite nice.The room was clean and modern looking. There are 2 TVs whichbl worked great.Having an oven ended uo being great for warming up pizza (I prefer that over a microwave which was also available). This is a greatvimprovement over a hotel which may have cost more.The security staff was VERY friendly and helpful with any issues or questions that I had.The check in process was a little detailed, but it is about as smooth as possible given the nature of the situation (getting a parking pass, scan cards and door key into my hands).I cant say enough positive about this experience. Thanks!

Kid free getaway

I'll put the only challenge right at the beginning: check in was very complex after a long day of travel. The written step-by-step guide was exactly right, but it was still a lot to follow. There was an amazing security guard on duty who helped us with where to go, and navigating elevators and entrances that were limited due to building construction. After initial check-in, the stay was awesome! Beautiful place, great selection of cookware, and spices were stocked. Friendly neighbors all around. Love the out-the-door access to the streetcar, making travel to a conference super convenient. A great getaway in an old home town!

Simply perfect.

This place exceeded my expectations. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay downtown. The location was close to everything, particularly the River Market and the Power and Light district. Mildred’s next door was great for breakfast. Having CVS across the street was comforting, even though we never needed it. The streetcar stop was literally in front of the building! Mostly I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop patio late at night! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay for a visit downtown!

Apartment was very well kept and property manager was extremely resposive to any questions! Right by the streetcar route, so Union Station, City Market, and the Power and Light district were only minutes away without having to drive. Due to construction on the lower level of the building, there was some noise and dust during the day. But, their cleaning crew was diligent about keeping up with the floors. This is not a friendly building for folks that dont handle stairs well, or have disabilities. I'd be happy to stay against in the future!
