It is hard to find a modern villa like this in such an ideal location. It is only a short 5 - 7-minute walk to Puerto Banus and the beaches. In addition, even closer is Centro Plaza which has an array of cafes, a gym, boutiques, and a famous Saturday market.
The villa offers 5 fantastic en-suite bedrooms with luxury finishes throughout. On the entrance level you will have the sleek open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area lounge with Smart TV. A beautiful bright space with large glass doors that lead to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. The pool can be heated at an extra cost.
Outside, there are 6 sunbeds, a gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy with your loved ones on your next holiday. The ground level also features a bedroom with two single beds with an en-suite bathroom.
