Situé idéalement sur East Beach, l'Island Sunrise est proche de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour profiter de tout ce que Gulf Shores a à offrir. Cette unité de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est confortable mais peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. Profitez des vues sans fin sur le golfe du Mexique depuis cette magnifique unité située devant le golfe.
La chambre principale offre une literie queen-size et un accès au balcon pour vous permettre d'entendre les vagues se briser sur le rivage tout en vous endormant. Un téléviseur à écran plat est monté dans le maître pour votre plus grand plaisir.
La chambre 2 propose un ensemble de lits superposés avec un lit double et un lit queen supplémentaire. Cette chambre dispose également d'une télévision pour votre plaisir.

Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bains entièrement équipée en linge de maison pour chaque membre de votre groupe.
Le salon comprend un canapé-lit pour les invités qui passent la nuit, une télévision à écran plat montée et de nombreux sièges pour chaque membre de la famille.
Manger peut être une tâche facile car il y a 4 places assises à la table et les sièges adjacents au bar de la cuisine. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les éléments nécessaires à la préparation de tous les repas que vous pouvez imaginer ou tout simplement commander et profiter des décors fournis.

Island Sunrise propose une très belle piscine extérieure et une promenade spectaculaire menant aux merveilleuses plages de sable blanc de Gulf Shores. Lorsque vous sortez de l'ascenseur, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de vos pieds dans le sable.
Une zone de grillades en plein air est fournie et est également ornée d'aménagement paysager et de sièges.
Avec de nombreux restaurants et divertissements à distance de marche, il ne sera pas difficile de trouver quelque chose d'amusant à faire à quelques pâtés de maisons.

Island Sunrise est situé entre Mobile et Pensacola. Biloxi, les casinos MS ne sont qu'à deux heures!

Awesome condo. Cant get any better than this. Your right on the beach, have a nice pool, place to grill and the balcony was a great place to ppl watch and listen to the waves. Will definetly stay here again

Got the job done

Overall a clean condo, a little rough around the edges but you dont go on vacation to stay in a room, location is nice.

Great location!

This property was nice for an older condo. When we checked in the room still had some sand and clothes left behind but other than that it was nice. The washer and dryer didn’t work properly but we made the best of it. The location was perfect! Shops and restaurants close by and the elevators were quick. Over all very nice experience.

I love Island Sunrise

We had a great stay! This is my 3rd time staying in this location. The only thing we had a problem with was the lock boxes were jammed and when I called they said they would come fix it, but they didn't until I had to call back. However, I will always choose to stay at Island Sunrise. It is so convenient to everything I need!

Everything was great, except parking

Everything was wonderful, except that there were times there was no parking available at the condo and we had to wait or park elsewhere and walk back to the condo.

Rachel, Thank you for such a great review of this property despite the parking issues. This is the first year in rental management that we encountered this problem. The association stepped in quickly to make necessary adjustments by issuing passes based on the number of bedrooms. For example, 1 bedroom units are allowed 1 parking pass, 2 bedrooms are allowed 2, etc. This has alleviated the issues with no parking. The association also has a guard on site to keep those that do not have parking permits off the premises. We do hope that this helps the issues but we can assure each guest that if they will contact our office during their stay, we will jump through all hoops to get our guests in a parking space. Short Little Getaway

We arrived to the condo. The agency gave us the wrong code in our email so we had to wait for a response of the right code. Our condo was nice. Several outlets didn't work but were able to use the ones that did. Oven worked quickly, diahwasher worked well, bathrooms were clean, washer and dryer worked but showed signs of misuse by other renters. Stackable units wash smaller loads only. All in all a very nice stay. The hiccup for us was rhe wrong code in the email but that was fixed in 20 minutes after the arrival.

Listed as recently renovated…. Not true. Renovation of the entire property was underway during our stay. Pool was closed. Construction started at 7 am daily. Mold in the master bathroom. Bunk bed in second bedroom not safe. Very poor and untimely communication from property management team.

Jennifer, Our listing is referring to the actual unit as we have no control over when building maintenance will take place. We are usually notified ahead of time and we pass along every bit of information we are provided to all guests so they hopefully have no surprises during their stay. We are terribly sorry you dealt with construction, however we were never notified of this. The "off" season is when maintenance is always done on every building and property here on the coast. Unfortunately we have no control over pool closures or any other maintenance for that matter, as stated in your arrival information. We hate you feel we did not communicate with you during your stay but we did our best to get as much information we could regarding the situation you were dealing with. As for this unit, it most certainly has been renovated recently with an upgrade to the primary bathroom shower, the fixutres throughout, a new a/c unit, a full kitchen renovation, new living and dining furniture, just to name a few. We understand the building maintenance was the main issue and for that we are terribly sorry, but please understand, that did not have anything to do with us, and was completely out of our control. Beautiful View

The location was great and the view was amazing. Being right on the beach was perfect. The condo itself i would say is ok. The building itself appears a little worn or unkept. Inside the unit was clean and functional. There were a couple spots that looked like an unfinished remodel project and some torn up beach gear left in the corner of the balcony. I was not expecting to see those things but at the same time none of it was affecting my stay. When i saw the view of the beach I didn't pay any attention to the messy corner. Ultimately we had a good vacation and did jot experiance any inconveniences with our condo. So yes, i would stay again.

Great location, needs a bit of a level-up IMO

Can’t beat this location on the beach plus proximity to shopping and restaurants and even just a short drive to Orange Beach. Updated kitchen and master shower were very nice. NO CARPET - nothing but tile! Hooray! - which is a must for me in a beachfront location. This was our third year in Gulf Shores and third unit in Island Sunrise. Loved the oceanfront unit and waking up to a view of the surf and sand. My number one complaint was no towel hooks anywhere! As a family of six we struggled with beach towels and bath towels and wet swimsuits the entire trip. No hooks even on bathroom doors - just a small towel bar above both toilets and no additional hanging space ANYWHERE. The paint was chipping in many places which gives an unclean “appearance” even though I did feel the place was clean overall. There were a few pieces of furniture that needed some minor repairs or TLC.

Outdated. Pictures look better than actual condo

I received an email with check in instructions etc.. and it said an additional parking pass could be purchased. But they wouldn’t allow us to purchase one. So, we had a condo for 8 and all 8 of us could not fit in 1 vehicle. There is nowhere nearby to park so my only option was to park over 10 minutes away at Luna beach office like they offered so I was without a vehicle which was very inconvenient us trying to fit in one or go in one to bring to my vehicle. The condo was very outdated and dirty feeling. One bathroom had tile on the floor that didn’t meet up with the bathtub so there was about 3 inches of a gap and you could see the old floor underneath. The washer and dryer was super loud and very dingy and had mold all around the tank that was right next to it and it was dripping water. The lights stopped working. But that was just a flip of the breaker. One of the toilets wasn’t working properly. Some of the dishes were dirty. We had to wash before we used them. I guess the people that stayed previously just didn’t do a great job of washing them because we are responsible for doing all that before we leave. The pictures on the site are taken very well because the actual condo is not as great as the pics. I wouldn’t recommend.

Jessica, We understand your frustration regarding the parking situation at this property, however the details you share regarding the arrival details are not entirely true or correct. The arrival information states that you will not be able to purchase a 2nd parking pass during "peak season" which is when you were here and occupying this property. This is completely out of our control as the association on site is who makes the rules regarding parking and the ability of how many parking passes each unit is allowed to purchase. We hate you were so upset regarding this rule, however you misread the information you were provided and that is not our fault. As for the items you mentioned regarding the unit itself: we are not entirely understanding why these items were not mentioned to us during your stay when you contacted us so upset regarding the parking pass. We hope you were able to at least enjoy some portion of your stay in this great unit by enjoying the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the new furnishings that are provided in this great unit. We hope you will give us and this great unit another try to come back and take advantage of the discount we offer all returning guests. Beautiful view that’s about it…

I wouldn’t stay here again. First thing that went wrong was, when entering the property the parking pass is supposed to be left on the counter for you. Ours was not, which would be no big deal if I didn’t feel like I had to jump through hoops to get an actual phone number I could call and tell them the issue. I had to call VRBO who looking up the property number and give me a number to call. I called and talked to a lady who worked for Luna Properties. They did get it resolved right away. Basically the housekeeper forget to leave it, so they had to call and have the housekeeper drop it off. Not that big of a deal just not something I wanted to do. Second: Family of five so after a day we had run out of toilet paper. We also used the one garbage bag that was there and realized there were not garbage bags in the property nor extra rolls of toilet paper. I found this odd because most other VRBO properties I have stayed at in the past had these things. So I called the people who manage the property and inquired about the toilet paper and garbage bags. It is the way the lady spoke to me on the phone that sealed the deal with never staying here again, she said, “I don’t know if you know, but this is not a hotel. You rented a property, those essentials are the guests job to provide.” I was taken aback by how rude she was. A simple I’m sorry, but you’ll have to provide those things would have been better. Truly put a damper on the trip. Oh and the dishwasher was not working.

Jessica, We are so very sorry and saddened by your review. The parking pass situation was a total mishap and although you said it was handled promptly, it sounds like you had to jump through quite a few hoops to get it handled and that is unacceptable. The arrival details that are emailed to each guest has all of our contact info and every number where we can be reached. It is confusing to guests when they book through any third party, that once you are booked, all communication will need to be directly with the management company. The arrival email is also where the details are provided for what is supplied as a complimentary setup, which includes 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per receptacle, a roll of paper towels, a disposable sponge/scrubber, mini soaps, makeup wipes, single use dishwasher detergent, and single use laundry detergent. We apologize greatly for you not receiving this information, or if any portion of the information received was unclear. Last but certainly not least, we are very sorry for the way you were spoken to regarding the communication you received from our office. We have no excuses for why it occurred but can offer a sincere apology. We hope that despite this incident, you were able to enjoy the beautiful beach views this property offers, and also all the entertainment, restaurants, etc. this area offers. August 2022 Stay

Great location w/ a nice beach. Pics didn’t reflect but renovations are being made. New paint, which looks like it needs touch ups. New white cabinets, appliances, granite (or marble) countertops updates the kitchen. No backsplash, which would’ve completed the look but it’s a process. New couch/recliners aren’t comfortable already worn. Kids & accidents happen, then some renters don’t take care of other’s property . Beds/pillows were comfy. Tight fit but manageable for four. It’s an older condo w/ typical design flaws (doors/lights) but nothing terrible. Resolving old/new color scheme and decor/bedding will make it more homey. Big Negative- mbr dresser only fits in closet, so little closet/can’t open most drawers. More ppl/more money but rm is too small for king. 2br- drawers are broken. It’s nice to comfortably unpack for a wk long stay. Pool is located in parking lot but clean. Small windows/door obstructs views. Nice balcony. Pros-Luna Beach, as always, was quick to address any issues. The value fits price

Excellent location but unit is way past needing updating regarding cleanliness and safety.

Furniture very soiled. Bed falling apart. Electrical issues. Excellent location.

This unit is a little dated as far as furnishings but to give it a 3/5 stars is a little unfair considering we did not hear from you during your stay except for when you locked your key in the unit and needed our assistance. If this unit was in such bad shape at arrival, you should let someone know right away. Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our condo. Loved that it was right on the beach and close to everything. There was plenty of room. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would plan to stay here again.
