To ensure a smooth and stress free arrival, we kindly ask you to read and follow these instructions before your arrival. Access to the property Entry to the property is through a gate. Once inside, the apartment is located on the first floor. Detailed instructions will be provided to you prior to your arrival. Check in Check in is carried out in person, and you will be welcomed by Rita, who will hand you the keys and show you around the apartment. It is very important to inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so that we can organize your welcome in the best possible way. For late arrivals, a secure lockbox is available for self check in. In this case, we will send you the complete instructions before your arrival. Identification documents As required by current regulations, before entering the property, you must send us a photo (front and back) of the identity documents for all guests. Documents can be conveniently sent via the booking platform app or by email to: host@viworld.ch Tourist tax The tourist tax will be paid directly to Rita upon check in. We remain at your complete disposal for any information or assistance and look forward to welcoming you and wishing you a pleasant stay.

We're always available for any eventuality, offering assistance from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. A concierge service is available (except at night) via chat, where you can ask any questions, from how appliances work, to the best local restaurant, from the most beautiful landmark to the nearest parking lot.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure, as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please separate and dispose of your waste according to the instructions provided in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment, and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but smoking is permitted outside. Finally, before departure, we ask you to coordinate the check out time with the owner for the return of the keys.
