VILLA MIL - STUNNING FRONT LINE VILLA WITH BEACH AND SEA VIEWS

Villa Mil is a large family villa, sleeping 6 people, with stunning beach and sea views across the bay of Cala en Porter. While this is a newer listing on VRBO, the property has already hosted many happy guests and received wonderful feedback over the years.
The views are simply breath-taking and its prestigious position, set high upon the cliff, offers stunning panoramic views of the popular and extremely picturesque beach with its crystal clear, turquoise waters with beautiful white sand. There are 65 steps leading the way to this incredible home, which should be considered.


Swimming pool and BBQ:

The terrace surrounding the swimming is large enough for 6 people, with the stunning sea views beautifully framed. There is a large dining table with suitable seating for 6 on the covered terrace, coming out from the lounge and dining room as well as sun loungers for all guests and parasols. The sunsets from the terrace are truly magical.

There is a built-in BBQ on the sun terrace around the swimming pool, perfect for relaxed summers evenings cooking at home and enjoying the terrace.

Inside the Villa

This villa is Non-Smoking inside. The lounge and inside dining room within Villa Mil are open plan. The kitchen is connected but separate and there is also a second entrance from the kitchen.

Siesta Time

The bedrooms consist of three equally sized bedrooms, all with beach and sea views. There are built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans in each room. This villa does not have air conditioning. There is a family bathroom on this floor and a second bathroom on the top floor. All linen, shower towels and beach towels are provided upon arrival.

When you arrive

Villa Mil is positioned down 64 steps from the street level. There is off-street parking at the top, but it can sometimes be busy. The parking is free.

Villa Location and Features

All the amenities (such as bars, restaurants, children’s play areas, cafes, etc) of this popular resort are an easy 10 minute walk, including pedestrian access to the resort’s beach. The airport is a quick 15 minute car journey away, along with the beautiful and historic capital, Mahon. Also, within Cala en Porter is the famous Cova d’en Xoroi, where you can enjoy sunset cocktails a cold beer or dance the night away in its famous nightclub. The villa is in a unique position and comes well equipped with WIFI. Children are very welcome and a baby cot / sheets and a highchair are all available at no extra charge, but please bear in mine the 64 steps needed to reach this villa.

Exploring

Want to venture into Mahon or Alaior? There is a daily bus service which runs every hour (apart from siesta time). We do advise hiring a car if you wish to explore the island in more detail. We have plenty of ideas, suggestions, and places to explore, as well as personal recommendations, which you can find in the villa welcome pack. Cala’n Porter is located on the South Coast of Menorca, benefiting from a beautiful white sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise waters in a picture postcard cove to the south and a luscious green valley to the north. An area which is great for water sports or enjoying the beach in the day, and in the evening enjoying a stroll out to the abundance of bars and restaurants in the heart of the commercial center. The airport is a 10 mins drive away, the nearest towns are Sant Clemente, Mahon and Alaior, and the nearest alternative beaches / resorts are Son Bou, Santo Tomas, Cala Canutells, Binidali, Es Calo Blanc, Binisafua, Binibequer and Punta Prima on the south coast, Son Parc, Arenal d’en Castell, Macaret, Es Grau and Cala Mesquida on the north coast.
