A one-bedroom apartment located in one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods of Lisbon - Alfama. This cozy apartment invites you to experience the essence of this ancient neighborhood, where narrow cobblestone streets wind their way through centuries-old buildings, creating an atmosphere that is both timeless and vibrant.
- Building
This 50 square meters apartment is on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator in the heart of Alfama, one of the oldest and most characteristic neighborhoods in Lisbon.
The building, like many in this historic neighborhood, is old and has its own peculiarities such as poor soundproofing and an outdated plumbing system.
Apartment's street is strictly pedestrian.
Access to the apartment is made through steep and narrow stairs.
Alfama is a touristic area known for its bustling activity throughout the day, so noise can be expected. Also, there's a restaurant right next to the building.
In this area, the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this is a period of intense movement and noise in the streets!

It features a bedroom with a double bed.
- Living Room
A cozy living room with a sofa bed, TV, and a dining table for 2 people.
- Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, washing machine, and coffee machine (coffee not included).
- Bathroom
The apartment has a compact bathroom with a shower. Please note that it is a small bathroom, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Water heating is provided by a boiler. Therefore, we recommend paying attention to the duration of showers to ensure hot water is available for your entire group. When the tank is emptied, the equipment requires some time to restore the available hot water.
Important Note: With the aim of improving the apartment and your experience, we are updating the decor with fresh touches of modernity. We assure you that the layout and amenities remain unchanged â only some decorative elements may differ.
ïż« The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
ïż« Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
ïż« The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
ïż« Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25⏠for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
ïż« We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
ïż« Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
ïż« During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
ïż« The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
ïż« Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
ïż« For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding âŹ150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
