Designed with families & groups in mind, this spacious cottage in Cornwall features a large open-plan lounge and dining area with a cosy wood-burning stove. After a day at the beach or enjoying coastal walks near Perranporth, unwind with fast WiFi, a Smart TV, games and films for family entertainment.

Well-Equipped Traditional Cornish Cottage

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, ideal for longer stays. A downstairs WC and separate utility area provide added convenience, with space for wetsuits, boots and beach equipment.

Our charming, dog friendly, Cornish coastal cottage is a traditional miner’s cottage dating back to the 1800s, located in a small, quiet hamlet and ideally positioned close to the popular seaside towns of Perranporth and Newquay. Perfect for guests seeking a peaceful retreat near the coast, the cottage also benefits from ample parking directly outside.

The cottage has been beautifully modernised to a high standard, while retaining its original character and traditional features. Designed with families and groups in mind, it comfortably sleeps up to six guests in a warm, spacious and welcoming setting.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ideal for family meals, along with comfortable living areas perfect for board games, relaxing together, or cosy evenings in front of the wood-burning stove. Outside, there is a private, sunny outdoor space for morning coffee, evening drinks or BBQs.

The beach is just a stroll away, making it ideal for sandcastle building, coastal walks, surfing and seaside adventures — the perfect base for a classic Cornish holiday.
