In the heart of Cascais historic center, this exquisite 5 suite villa offers a truly unique living experience. The lateral stone benches in the windows, known as "conversadeiras", the coffered ceilings, the stone doors jambs and the stone floor in the foyer, offer a glympse of the past, perfectly blended with all the modern comodities.
The living and dining room showcase a fusion of classic and modern design, with statement antique pieces adding character and intrigue.

- Building
A completely renovated villa, available for exclusive use upon request, where a perfect fusion of the past and present can be found. Access to different floors is via stairs.

- Bedrooms
It has 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and central heating: two bedrooms have double beds, two have twin beds, and the last one has a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet.

- Bathrooms
The house features 6 bathrooms: five en-suite with shower and one guest bathroom.

- Living Room
The living room features inviting and comfortable sofas, a TV, a fireplace, and large French windows that open onto a private courtyard.

- Dining Room
A spacious central table invites you to enjoy your meals and share memorable moments, while large windows flood the space with natural light.

- Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine (coffee not included).

- Laundry Room
There is a spacious laundry room adjacent to the kitchen, equipped with washing and drying machines, as well as an ironing board.

- Courtyard
A charming courtyard that connects to the living and dining rooms.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 25€.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential area, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
