The main house is spacious, bright, and perfect for shared moments.

Ground Floor:

• Two cozy living rooms, ideal for relaxing or socializing

• Dining room with a large table, comfortably seating up to 20 people

• Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances to cook just like at home

• Bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite WC (toilet and washbasin)

• Bedroom with a king-size bed, with the possibility of adding a single sofa-bed.

• Full bathroom with bathtub and shower

Upper Floor:

• Bedroom with 4 single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed

• Bedroom with 3 single beds

• Full bathroom with bathtub and shower

Lower Floor:

• An additional very special bedroom, set in a former wine cellar converted into a bedroom. This is a unique and rustic space, with no windows or door, ideal for those looking for an out-of-the-ordinary experience.

Independent Bungalow with 2 bedrooms:

Within the property there is also an independent bungalow, perfect for those seeking more privacy:

• Bedroom with a double bed

• Bathroom with shower

• Kitchen and living room

• On the upper floor, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (low ceiling, typical of this space)

Outdoor Area & Surroundings:

The property is large, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The main highlight is the private swimming pool, with open views over the Algarve mountains — perfect for late afternoon swims, relaxing in the sun, or simply enjoying the silence.


The villa has internet access, allowing you to combine rest and work if needed.

Located in Santa Bárbara de Nexe, the villa is an 8-minute drive from the town center, where you will find all amenities. Faro Beach and Faro Airport are approximately 25 minutes away by car.

Villa Três Janelas is an ideal retreat to relax, socialize, and unwind from the pace of daily life.

The house is situated in a rural and secluded area. A car is recommended.
