I Trulli della Collina is a lovely vacation villa made up of authentic trulli, in the greenest heart of the Valle d`Itria, just outside the center of Locorotondo, in Laureto.
The expertly renovated country trulli are complete with all modern amenities: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Vacation villa I Trulli della Collina is a perfect solution for authentic vacations in Puglia, in the area of Valle d`Itria. The original old cones have been restored to splendor and feature the views of the lush countryside of the Locorotondo area.
A spacious porch veranda is furnished with table chairs: the perfect place for lunch, dinner and enjoying relaxing moments outdoors. Excellent barbecue grills can also be prepared.
Under the striking cones of the trulli are the interiors of the villa, equipped with all comforts.
The living area consists of living room with sofa and TV, dining room with table and chairs plus sofa, and well-equipped kitchenette so you can prepare your own lunches and dinners.
In the sleeping area there are 3 bedrooms, all air conditioned, two of which are made out of the ancient trulli. These are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with 120 cm French bed.

I Trulli della Collina arise in the lush nature of Locorotondo, close to the Selva, just 4.5 km from the center of the town where there are all the main services.
The privileged location allows you to reach beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea such as those of Savelletri in less than 10 minutes by car, about 14 km away.
It`s also worth reaching Alberobello, about 10 km away, to discover the historic center of trulli UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Castellana Grotte, with its system of famous caves, just 21 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
