Located in Imperia Porto Maurizio, only 150 meters from the beaches of Borgo Prino, this renovated loft is situated on the first floor (with elevator) of a modern and well-maintained residence. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September - Helmets must be worn!). The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people.
The space is a bright, open-plan studio designed with care, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Amenities included: TV with Italian channels, Wi-Fi, washing machine, independent heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner gas stove, kettle, toaster, and vacuum cleaner.
Outside, a private balcony overlooking the pool and the seaâfurnished with a table and chairsâis the perfect spot for an outdoor break after a day at the beach.
The location is an absolute highlight: everything is within walking distance, from local restaurants to the supermarket and pharmacy. Furthermore, it is just a few steps away from the access point of the new coastal cycling path, which stretches along the sea all the way to Ospedaletti, passing through the most charming coastal villages of the province.
