La Corte delle Arti is a historic home located on the second
floor of an ancient courtyard, in the most charming and characteristic
center of the small village of Matino.
The house is ideal for groups of up to 4 people on vacation in Salento, in the area of Gallipoli.
All modern comforts are present: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, mosquito nets, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric oven, etc.
The panoramic terrace is equipped to spend time outdoors and to cool off with a convenient outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

The
apartment is located in an ancient courtyard in the historic center and
is reached by characteristic outdoor stone staircase.
The strength of the historic house is the panoramic terrace,
furnished with table and chairs for lunch and dinner, rocking chair to
relax outdoors, outdoor shower to cool off after sunbathing.
The
interiors of the house are developed on the second floor, under
evocative star vaults. They consist of living room with open kitchenette
and 1 single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 passage room with 1 bed, 1 full shower room.
From the passage room start the stairs to the terrace, where there is also a mini compartment with fridge and sink.

La
Corte delle Arti stands in the historic center of Matino, one of the
very few towns in Salento to have preserved its characteristics: narrow,
winding alleys, narrow streets embellished with votive niches,
courtyards and Baroque palaces.
Everything is at hand and reachable even on foot.
The
nearest beaches are those of the Ionian Salento coast, with the beaches
of Gallipoli, Baia Verde and Punta della Suina, about 10 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air  condititioning not available in every bedroom.
- One bedroom is a passageway.
