Inside the elegant and recently built residence “Le Corti Caterina”, just a short distance from the centre of Desenzano del Garda and the lake, this ground-floor apartment with two bedrooms is perfect for a holiday for up to 6 guests.



The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.

The living room opens onto the private covered porch furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals, as well as the private garden.



The apartment continues with the master bedroom featuring a double bed and large wardrobes. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet, and the second bedroom with a bunk bed complete the layout of this spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for relaxing holidays on Lake Garda.



Guests benefit of the air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom and of a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Guests can conveniently park their car in the private garage inside the residence (dimensions: 2.40 × 5.40 m, height 2.15 m).



The residence’s swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 September. Swimming caps are required.



Guests may request a baby cot and a high chair at an extra cost of €5 per night each.

Pets are allowed upon request, with a small extra fee.



A self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently.

Upon arrival or a few days beforehand, guests may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.



Lonato del Garda is located in the south-western part of the lake, among gentle moraine hills and vineyards that produce the area’s renowned wines. The region offers many leisure opportunities: food and wine routes with tastings of local products, walking or cycling itineraries through the countryside, traditional markets and fairs.



The apartment is about a 10-minute drive from Desenzano train station and 30 minutes from the nearest airport.
