Modern two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with double garden (front and back), located in a new residential complex in Lonato del Garda with a large swimming pool.



The apartment, featuring free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, offers spacious and well-furnished interiors. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, and dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, and American coffee machine. From the living room, you can access the covered porch with dining table for six and the private garden – ideal for outdoor meals with a pleasant view of the residence’s pool and surrounding hills.



The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and access to the rear garden, a second bedroom with a double bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The second, smaller bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also available.



The apartment also includes a private garage for one car.

The shared swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.



The apartment is conveniently located near the large shopping centre “Il Leone,” the Desenzano del Garda motorway, and the South Garda Karting track.



A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request for an extra cost of €5 per night.

Small pets are allowed on request, with an additional fee of €5 per night.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, you will receive all necessary instructions for accessing the property independently.



Upon arrival or a few days before, payment of the tourist tax may be required, depending on local regulations.



Lonato del Garda is located in the southwestern area of Lake Garda, surrounded by gentle morainic hills and vineyards producing renowned local wines. The area offers many leisure activities: wine and food tours, hiking and cycling routes, markets, and traditional fairs. The Desenzano train station is about 10 minutes by car, and the nearest airport is 30 minutes away.
