The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, offers functional and well-maintained spaces. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, an armchair, Smart TV, and dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, and American coffee machine.

From the living room you access the terrace, furnished with a dining table for six and sun awning, ideal for outdoor meals with a pleasant view of the residence’s pool and the surrounding hills.

The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe (accessible via three steps), a second bedroom with bunk bed, and a complete bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, and WC. Guests also have access to a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. A private garage for one car is included.

Within the residence, the swimming pools are distributed across multiple levels and areas, ensuring relaxation and privacy for all families. They are open from June 1st to September 30th and wearing a swim cap is required.

Guests can also access the tennis courts (upon request at the residence reception) and the children’s playground.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions to access the accommodation independently.
At arrival or a few days prior, guests may be asked to pay the tourist tax, the amount of which is subject to local regulations.

Manerba del Garda lies among the gentle hills of Valtenesi, surrounded by green landscapes and local farms offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding, traditional trattorias, and splendid golf courses.

The area also offers numerous well-equipped campsites and holiday villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions of Lake Garda. The heart of the town is protected by the fascinating Rocca di Manerba, a scenic promontory overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing walks in the Natural Park, offering breathtaking views of Lake Garda and its islands.

The apartment is about a 20-minute drive from Desenzano railway station and 40 minutes from the nearest airport.
