Welcome to my apartment!

Modern apartment in the heart of Barcelona, located very close to several important locations in the city such as the port and Barceloneta beach, with easy access to different areas according to your needs.

This apartment is designed with all areas comfortably distributed. First, you will find the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, as well as essential cutlery and utensils. In the kitchen you will also find the washing machine.

Then you will find the living‑dining room, which features an extendable table for four diners and a comfortable sofa bed. In front of it, you will find a SMART TV next to the window.

The entire apartment has natural light.

Next you will find the hallway leading to the bedroom with a double bed. All beds are provided with bedding for your immediate use.

Afterwards you will find a small full bathroom with complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the communal rooftop on the 6th floor, where they will find a chill‑out area and city views.

Note:
The guest is liable for any visible damage identified after the stay. Damage to walls, electronics, or furniture is not permitted under any circumstances.

The Wi-Fi connection must not be used for illegal streaming or downloading. The tenant shall be responsible for any legal claims, penalties, or costs arising from such activity.

Note: this apartment is for temporary rental – not available for stays with tourist purposes.
To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without signing the contract, the reservation will be canceled without refund rights.

We are GuestReady, a rental management company, and we want to make sure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you need assistance during your stay. Please keep in mind that this is a private home, so we kindly ask you to take care of it as if it were your own.

The Gothic Quarter is the historic heart of Barcelona and one of the most emblematic neighborhoods in the city. Its narrow, maze‑like streets transport you to the past as you discover medieval squares, Gothic buildings, and remnants of the ancient Roman city of Barcino, such as Barcelona Cathedral and Plaça del Rei.

Here you will also find local cuisine, cozy bars, shops, art galleries, and lively public spaces where locals and visitors mingle. Plaça Reial, with its terraces and vibrant atmosphere, is perfect for enjoying a meal or a coffee, and its proximity to Las Ramblas and the seafront makes it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Well connected by metro and bus, the Gothic Quarter combines history, culture, and urban life, with museums, impressive architecture, and cultural events on every corner.

You can easily reach the property by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Liceu (Line 3), is just a 4‑minute walk away.

Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport is approximately a 25‑minute drive from the property by car.

Check‑in can be done from 15:00, subject to availability and confirmation.

Note: This apartment is for temporary rental only. It is not available for tourist purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory.

We provide basic items for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bags. If you need additional cleaning or extra bedding, please let us know and we will be happy to provide it for an additional charge.

There is a zero‑tolerance policy regarding tobacco use in the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum €200 fee for tobacco use.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable usage policy for utilities will be applied with a limit of €80.

Additional keys: €20 (additional set of keys when available, lost keys, or door‑opening service during your stay).
Extra cleaning with bedding: the cleaning fee price.
Additional linens: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people).
