The house is located in the Aurelio – Gregorio VII district, a quiet and well-served residential area not far from St. Peter’s and the Vatican, yet with a calmer character compared to the tourist-heavy historic center.



From Via del Casale di San Pio V no. 15, getting around to Rome’s main tourist attractions is easy and intuitive, thanks to a good combination of buses and the metro. The first point of reference is Via Gregorio VII, reachable with a short 5-minute walk. This important commercial street is lively and well frequented, lined with shops, cafés, and restaurants, and is ideal for strolling and everyday life. Several buses run along this street and go directly to St. Peter’s and the Vatican, allowing guests to reach St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museums in just a few minutes, without transfers, along a route that gradually leads from the residential neighborhood to the monumental heart of the city.



To explore the historic center—such as the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Trevi Fountain, and Barberini—the metro is the most convenient option. From the nearby Cornelia metro station (Line A), these areas can be reached quickly, avoiding surface traffic and arriving directly at some of Rome’s most elegant and scenic locations.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport, the apartment can be easily reached via the Sit Shuttle Bus, with the “Circonvallazione Aurelia” stop located 9 minutes from the house, or by taking the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station and then Metro Line A to the “Cornelia” stop (10–12 minutes on foot from the house).

From Ciampino Airport, the house is conveniently accessible by taking bus no. 520 to the “Tuscolana/Cinecittà” stop and then Metro Line A to the “Cornelia” stop (10–12 minutes on foot from the house).



This makes the area particularly practical both for frequent travelers and for a tourist stay in Rome.



For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
